Testing on 16 is literally useless. The game itself is the very antithesis of consistency. Literally the only thing you can test for is making sure you don't get blown out EVERY time and just aim for getting blown out 1 out of 10 times. And even then, on gameday PES can just decide to make you eat shit anyway, which happens a LOT more often in this game.

No, but you also have no credibility. Especially when what you say flies in the face of what winning/elite managers said in Summer and so far in Autumn. Even /mlp/ in their post-final interview said it was a lot more random, an they only tested to see if they could get throughballs instead of testing to see if their tactic could win.

It's good to test, yes, but especially on this version of PES, it's not indicative of victory or failure in and of itself.

Okay, so looking through the current roster:

"Shadowrun Rep" should just be "Mr. Johnson." This seems like a no brainer. Similarly, lemme guess, GURPS is in the team because we insisted on it being represented? You couldn't even do ">GURPS?"

Settra the Imperishable should probably be Grimgor. I'd think he's more widely known, gets some Orc rep into the team as well, and the chat can spam "SAY HIS NAME" when he does something cool, which is 80% of success in this game.

I'm not a MtGfag, but I think Ermacool is kinda lame. Bring back Jace, or replace him with Jacetice League.

Crazy Hassan hasn't been relevant for a long time. The only 40k guy I'd consider getting rid of is Tankred. ">in my setting..." Would be a solid replacement, but I dunno what you make the model. On the other side of that coin, someone will bitch me out for suggesting "Excuse Me Commissar," but you can just put that redshirt face on the model and be done.
