Been thinking about making a boatslut cyoa. But sadly it seems that I have problems with thinking up couple more boatfus. So if anyone here has any less famous or otherwise underappreciated WW1/WW2 ships (in other words no ultra famous boats like HMS Hood or USS Enterprise please, I know it is bit hypocritical given that I have already included a fair share of famous boats but please bear with me) I would like to hear about them. Destroyers, submarines, light cruisers, light and escort carriers preferred but not mandatory.

My allies will be the Germans since they need food (of which I have an abundance thanks to my double field rations), and they have a surplus of guns 'n' ammo, which I lack.

For enemies... oh, I dunno, let's say the native savages.

I suppose the treasure we're seeking can be the fountain of youth (makes sense considering my aging companion, and it seems like the kind of thing the Nazis would be interested in).

Step 1: Use Oracle, Causality, and magic to find other incarnates and engage if I can win. With Oracle, I can do this relatively risk-free.

Step 2: With Supremacy over Ithaqua, I should be able to get the Bloodstone PDQ.

Xath leads my cult and encourages my worship. Vatiel boosts my causality power and can cure Malakei’s curse. Solange boosts my miracles. Yora boosts my foresight. Spirit Stone boosts my Miracles and Occultism. Malakei can help me kill gods when necessary.

I noticed that you don't have HMS Bulldog on there. She captured the enigma machine, which is pretty important. Admittedly she's ultra famous, but still.

Not them but, your writeup is and responses are unreal and so are the people making choices.

First off no one is taking into account that the world is huge and people choosing are not all going to be on the same continent. You only get someone's current location not where they are all the time or who they are. There are logistics to even getting to someone else as none of the powers give you the ability to travel great distances, so good luck in some penniless neet getting to someone in austrailia when they live in london.

Second the "fictional weapon you're trying to explain away is so stupidly powerful that the other anon is correct. All s/he would have to do is write up a fictional weapon that automatically worked for whoever wanted it and could insta kill or do whatever they wanted per activation and they win. They could even do something like "turn into the infinity gauntlet from marvel comics" and just control all of reality.

World maker is the close second as they can also just make crazy stuff and pull it outside of themselves, or disappear from this reality into themselves for 1 week leaving a portal wherever they wanted. Their downside is that weapon kiddy matures faster then them.

People are so laughable when they do these and ignore the "reality" of their situation as the powers don't change if you're broke or living across the world in some remote place, etc...

FYI; The centrifugal force required for artificial gravity is not "really fucking fast", about 2-3 rpms is required generally, which would also eliminate nausea and such due to Coriolis effect and if it suddenly stops for some reason (which, due to conservation of angular momentum would not happen unless an outside force acted in the opposite direction greater than the momentum of the spin) it would certainly not turn everyone into red paste. Infact, its spinning really fucking fast that would most assuredly turn everyone into red paste regardless. Just sayin.

Travellers are fluid in the factions system. While you can only be in any one faction at any time, a Traveller could if they wanted to leave and join another faction, or renounce their faction, as well work from factions can be taken by members of other factions or independents. The system itself is meant to be balanced around individuals within the factions rather then the factions themselves.

My people practice genetic engineering and bodymodding. This has led to a massive drop in crime as criminal genes are suppressed, unfortunatly they have very little in common with normal humans anymore. They at best share a common ancestor but no more. It has become common practice to display the gene mods you are running by representing a patch of hair starting at the temples. Much like the bars on a officers uniform, the genetic mods are recognisable by colour of hair or even fine downy feathers. The greenhouses house more than just food production they serve as a vault of all the potentially usefull and researched genes, holding rare and in some cases extinct species. Though no one trait destinguishes all of them, it is common for many families to adopt genetic traits, such as the wolfs eye.

The people are quite paranoid about their success, and thus have a robust defence system. Every able member is required to undertake service to the military for a number of years, however this can be done at any time of life from teens to elderly, due to the removal of most of the disadvantages of old age. Those that wish to become permanent members of the military become so called Monitors. They are selected for having the right traits, and a long life is a better indecator of this, they come from all walks of life but share a strong sense of identity. The only critically important criteria is that they must have spent time "abroad" in studying other cultures, gaining experiance and information they can use in the defence of their home. They might be cartogrophers, writers or other searchers of cultures. Each operates mostly independently, they must have the aptitude to travel long distances and to gather clues like a detective.

In terms of points cost / balancing the mystery box, the usual idea for mystery boxes is to have some kind of (manageable) flaw that you have to deal with, since with mystery boxes they're kind of a "you're stuck with the choice you made, no take-backsies!" deal. One example I could suggest for either the mystery box or as another drawback you could choose for extra coupons would be a "resistant slave" option, which makes your slave stubborn and defiant, who the weeping orc couldn't break in with his usual methods. This would mean extra work to tame your new slave, and they would probably fight back for a while, but it would be a good drawback since there are those who like to have that sort of "challenge" Tsundere a best
