Gonna give another up for the Raptors.

First thing's first, these guys are more or less like the US Marine Corps Force Recon in fluff and even some rules.

For this idea to really work though, you need to take scouts more so than actual Marines since those guys actually look like the Starship Trooper/Aliens style "not as over the top" Space Marines.

Otherwise Astra Millitarum would be a better choice, put some Cadian and Catachan bits together to create them.
