Looks like an Un-plagued Plague Drone.

That would be exactly what it is.

*Blight drone. Always forget they're not Plague.

Weirdly enough, this thing is a mosntrous creature, while the more organic looking Blight Drone is a vehicle.
Alos, I'm kind of miffed that this retroactively makes the Blight Drone into yet another corrupted Imperial (well, Admech) war machine, rather than a unique invention of the Dark Mechanicum. At least we still have the Hell Blade/Talon, although I think it's only a matter of time before they get retconned into having been made by the pre-heresy Mechanium and get less spiky HH-models, as well as those dumb looking dinobots.

Helldrakes are actually based around Hellblades, which makes Heldrakes a super-corrupted form of aircraft that was corrupt to begin with.

They're only superficially similar and the Taghmata Mechanicum was already kind of flirting with corruption, anyway, what with their thinking machines. There's a reason you don't really see Imperial robots, anymore.
Here's one, it looks like a fucking snail.
