I wonder if he'd become bachelor marine as he slowly turn into a slob, like the battle barge's floor would soon be covered in discarded weapons, armor, oaths of the moment, and empty bolter magazines. Since he's the only marine why bother refilling them when he can just get another one from the armory.

Since he cant properly fix any of the vehicles if they took damage he just uses another one until the hanger has fucked up vehicles parked willy nilly all over.

Every time he has a moment of free time he just gets thousands of alerts and messages about all the the shit that needs to be done and can't be done because he fills all the positions, so he spends all his time pursuing the crusade.

But because he can't do anything alone he'd just bully IG regiments so he has the actual manpower to take action. But since they're IG up against something that took down an entire Chapter, they'd all die and he have to keep retreating from the target of his one-man penitent crusade to go find more manpower and repeat the cycle.

Where are the Mentors when you need them? Even if he succeeded and earned the right to cook up some new marines (a process he definitely doesn't have the specialized training for) Hows he gonna train new marines when he doesn't have any specialist training himself? I guess the mechanicum takes on mechanically inclined marines so he'd be able to into new techmariines at least.
