Nah. A silver/holy bullet fired from a modern automatic or semiautomatic rifle is no different that the same bullet fired from a black powder muzzle loading rifle.
Unless it is the rifle itself that is blessed and the ammunition doesn't matter. In which case, you'd need a good explanation for why I can't have my M249 blessed.
