I once dm'd a pathfinder game using a giant tower of disney villains as they dungeon. Gaston had three encounters, where with each one he got progressively larger until he was literally the size of a barge. He had attacks like using antlers for all of his decorating, eating twelve dozen eggs to regain health, using his chair as a melee weapon, having bonus ac because his hair counted as armor, and having a terrified LeFou ride along as a barely competent bard.

Later, after they killed him one of the final encounters before final boss Maleficent and secret boss Chernobog was LeFou running a Gaston Triva Quiz. It was a good game.

I dunno about the low DEX; he seems to do pretty good with ranged attacks: the first thing we see him do is shoot a swan (duck? whatever) from the sky, and when he goes to hunt the Beast his first weapon of choice is a bow and arrow. Plus he is ESPECIALLY good at expectorating. Not just good, but especially good.

I think his death is more a result of a bad roll rather than a low dex.
