Hugh is an oddball in that, despite his monstrous appearance, he is almost entirely harmless. He sticks to a strict oath of Pacifism and will always try to patch up anyone hurt, no matter if they are friend or enemy. His only negatives are his odd behavior and his seemingly obsession with genetic or biological modification. He tries to keep his companies in top shape, and has even informally adopted Cazora. While he tries to teach Cazora to be a more normal human, his understanding of humanity is fairly flawed.

Despite his flawed idea of humanity, few believe Cazora could get much worse so they leave him to his attempts. Hugh is also a top mind in regards to dealing with malignant spirits. His 'hobbies' are studying varied wildlife, for which he is thankful for both Yucatan and Terra-E12, and performing biological modification on various animals to 'improve' them. Has a pet rat he has managed to genetically alter into sapience, though for some reason its whiskers were replaced by prehensile tentacles. Despite this, he abhors the methods of Biological and prefers to stay with his friends in Medical.

Well people are always telling me I should make new builds, but I'm just not motivated to do it if nobody's even going to comment on them. I might as well just keep posting my personal favorites. And I comment on other people's builds a lot. Not as much as I used to because I really want to make sure I make good commentary that doesn't strike people as shallow, annoying, or pandering like people have said before. But I still comment quite a bit! So it's very discouraging when I make a effort to make new and very different builds and nobody comments. The only reason I want to assume shapeshifter instead of animorph despite the choice of the word is that it says you can turn into any animal you choose at will. Removing the need to actually touch and absorb genetic data as the books call for means you're not actually an animorph, just something similar.

The fortresses around each gate are in fact meant mostly to prevent any mass incursions by any of the other sides. Ashfall is very fond of trying to get through, so those are the most heavily-guarded.

Season 2's villain is a waterbender, so they give him a lot of crazy applications that are fairly cool. That said, Season 2 as a whole is the worst season of the show (best is probably Season 3, though there are a couple good episodes in Season 4), so you really should skip it.

Even without being able to turn into a T-Rex "just because" it's still overpowered compared to the rest. Go take a trip to the zoo, pet a bunch of different animals since they turn docile while you're scanning them then mix things up as needed. Give yourself a row of shark teeth with the ability to inject cobra venom, then go gorilla mode with tiger claws on top of that. Just for starters, the sky's pretty much the limit.

On the one hand, Worldly Body is /really/ interesting. On the other hand, Lightning Form, if mastered, could give me some serious boons. Astral Gates is incredibly useful and gives me reverse aging based on how much I walk. Healing Light is interesting, and I wonder how well it'd go.

When it comes right down to it, the only ones I'm not much interested in are Soul Fire and Heart's Desire.

If forced to choose one and only one I'd have to take Lightning Form.

Sail around doing a little exploring, a little trading, and a little fighting. In fights, tactic is to use ball shot broadsides to disable canons and grapeshot from carronades if enemy tries to board while using speed and maneuverability to survive. Once enemy ship can't fight, try to get them to surrender. We're always merciful and polite to people who surrender. We're just making a living! Isabella speaks Castiellan, so that helps us with our privateer work. We just do a little bit of everything and try not to become to infamous or get to much attention.

Not what I meant, I meant the actual image dimensions (which are currently 3768x2860). Just scaling the dimensions down (keeping the aspect ratio) would be fine. Cohort? Not factions but separate subgroups within the factions, be these warbands for the fighters, enclaves for the archivists or hosts for the True Travellers. These groups range in power and capacity from small handfuls of people to widespread organizations with hundreds of people. Heads of these groups have more direct access to the council and their faction heads and can make requests of them.

Not biologically immortal per say, but most of the surviving second generation are still relatively intact. The departments can bring you back from just about anything. If that doesn't work out for you there's all manner of ways to ensure survival in the face of adversity, from lichdom, to sacred fruits to mummification to full complete upload. You're only constrained by your capacity to seek such things out. Why though is a better question.

I travel to the plant and drive away the bugs with rain and lightning. Then I study it to try and unlock it's secrets. I use my knowledge of potions and what I learn from the plant to make a potion from one of the leaves that gives me Healer magic. But because of my wandering ways, I can't settle down for good. Not even with a Goddess. We part ways amicably and she teaches me more about healing magic before I go. This is where I get the Medicus ability.

I follow the Witch from high above in the clouds. I discover her coven having a meeting that seems pretty sketchy. The next time she's alone I ambush her and wrap her up in my coils so I can question her about what's going on. I report the questionable coven to local paladin order, but conveniently forget to mention the Fire Witch and help get her back to her old job with Prince Kasper. She teaches me fire magic as thanks, since she didn't get along with the dark witches anyway. That's how I learn Fire Mage magic.

I fly up to the Elemental and explain to him that he's causing problems for other people by staying here, and that there's other Elementals for him to talk to in other parts of the universe. I help get him to trust me by doing some tricks with the fire magic I already know. After convincing him to move on, he teaches me more fire magic to thank me for telling him where the other elementals are. That's how I advance to Lord of the Inferno.

Ivan the Fearsome had a daughter of renowned beauty named Anastasiia. Ivan did not like her because he had wanted a son. His coldness and open dislike of her made her very rebellious, and she refused to marry any suitor her father suggested.

The father-daughter conflict came to a head when Ivan found out that his daughter had converted to the old faith. He hit her very hard and had her exiled to the north. By this time he had the sons that he desired and didn't think it was such a big deal.....


Up north, the treacherous Helgi the Seer was happy to take in the disgruntled noble daughter of one of his rivals. He made her Lady of his frontier province of Severia and personally taught her about strategy, logistics and command. Anastasiia also gained experience defending Severia from Varangian raiders.

But Helgi was not helping out of the kindness of his heart. He had a plan to use Anastasiia for his own ends. When Ivan's sons began squabbling over their inheritance, Helgi made a big show of embracing Anastasiia as the daughter he never had and planted the idea in her head of taking the Tunguskian Borderlands from her vile father and incompetent brothers.

She sailed of the north of Lada, but was nearly drowned in a great storm! The Rusalka recognized her for her legendary beauty and regalia and took her, barely living, to the Hall of the Great Dwarf. Upon learning her identity and mission, the Great Dwarf made a pact to help Anastasiia on her quest in return for helping make the Tunguskian Borderlands an outpost for the mysterious magic of The Other Side.

Demiplane is vast savanna scattered with mountains, crawling with monsters and eldritch abominations. Plane affinity so that we can train various animals as pets for hunting and guarding things. Have village of diverse and exotic amazons that have culture obsessed with hunting and slaying monsters, kind of like Norn in GW except amazons and not shapeshifters. They'd hunt giant serpents that hide under the sand, nomadic centaurs, and giant carnivorous birds that live on top of mountains. Amazons live as tribe that shares everything and are very cooperative for survival. Forging strong weapons and training hunting pets are important to them. I live in tower and am leader of the amazons because of powerful elemental magic that is strongest close to my tower and because I can turn into a dragon to fight off biggest monsters. Take form change so I can be tall, strong amazon. Occasionally travel to earth when things are calm to check how everything is back home.

I was a orphan adopted by Lunestier groundskeeper. A teacher saw that I have strong innate magical skills. So I got accepted in the prestigious magical school.

Hopefully with my summoning magic and tactics I can basically become a general of my own magic army and I can use arcane magic to protect myself and support my army. After graduation my friends and I can go on quests to find treasures and lost knowledge and help protect peasants and kingdoms. After I become stronger, I can take over a old castle as base and start small Queendom of magical creatures summoned from the different planes. Then become a famous mercenary company and have my magic army help settle conflicts in exchange for extravagant gifts and titles.

Eventually have more titles than all those pompous spoiled students at school who wouldn't except me because I'm "poor" and "low class".

Realm is bunch of floating volcanic islands. The lava comes from a magical pocket dimension. They erupt sometimes, but the capital is built around this problem, so it's always changing and can be very dangerous! Volcanic soil means there's places that are very fertile so there's lots of food.

My basic idea is a reptilian race called the Saurian/Sargiss. Their main traits would be a natural regeneration ability that can restore lost organs and other vital body parts in time.

They look like crocodiles. Stand 7 to 8 feet tall with long tails and scales ranging from dull earthy colors to vibrant colors similar to various gemstones. They have six clawed fingers on each hand and digitigrade legs (think dog or bird) with four clawed toes.

Their culture is heavily religious and revolves around serpent and tree worship. Their religious figures drink the sap of ancient trees to gain magical powers. Their signature weapon is a falx.

Physical stats would be tough, regenerative, slow, and weak to cold (Since they are cold blooded).

Basically they worship dragons and have a heavy focus on martial prowess and collecting knowledge. They live like monks. Their HQ is a dream/astral dimension or something like that.

Cannoglo-Hoti is a member of an intelligent sluglike race that resemble long clear sacks full of blue electrically charged liquids that act as his nervous system and organs. His skin is formed of a gelatinous semi-permeable substance that lets all objects and substances other than his liquid nerves pass through, making it extremely hard to actually injure him. On top of that, while his liquid nerves allow him to easily have a tactile response from even artificial limbs, his species’ mind’s do not comprehend pain giving him an extra edge in combat. He is fitted with extremely capable artificial arms and legs that meld easily with his fluid nerves as well as artificial eyes which allow him to see in all angles around him and make him extremely combat efficient as well as giving him a level of maneuverability greater than most species’ natural limbs.

While his own body is mostly impervious to damage, it is not impervious to heat and cold. In extreme high and low temperatures his body could easily freeze or his essential fluids could evaporate, leaving him like a dead jellyfish on the beach. His limbs, while very damage resistant, are not nearly on the level of his natural body and he could be left helpless on the ground if they were destroyed (At least until some travellers show up).
Cannoglo-Hoti and his race were originally from a star system in a galaxy ruled by one race. Although by the time they reached out and made first contact with the dominant race they gave an offer of peace, the dominant race reveled in fear and immediately began to wage military campaigns and committed genocide against his species. His own species was much more technologically advanced than their enemies, but they had not invested in weaponry like the ones slaughtering their citizens. Quickly they began to augment their already-existing mechanical bodies to be used in combat, but the humans had already finished the building of a planet-destroying weapon by the time they even made a dent with their offense.
In the short time his species fought, Cannoglo-Hoti became a war hero and one of the most efficient killers in his army. He learned not to treat his enemy’s lives like he would treat his own species or even friendly members of hostile species, and he learned that the only way to avoid madness while killing is to think of something else. Those ideals have stayed with him since his species’ destruction and since he joined the travellers, as well as the skills he learned in the war. To those that aren’t his enemies, Cannoglo-Hoti treats them with as much kindness and respect as they individually deserve.
