Otherwise, hits first on 3s, wounds on 3s, extra attacks on 6s.
The 40k versions are both OP and sadly simpler in rules, which is a problem whenever GW tries to mimic FW rules.

Eh, pretty underwhelming DESU. Would be good if two wound terminators weren't everywhere, but with the prevalence of WS 5 and 2 wound units they lose a lot of their luster. The way I see it what really gives them potential is their 3" spacing and methods of raping regular troops. Space them out as bubble wrap for the rest of your army, as a sort of net to catch any enemy marine blobs where they can rape them with 3 WS 5, str 6, AP 2 attacks before the enemy can swing.

What I personally would have done

I just find their 30k rules extremely underwhelming. These are the personal guards of the emperor, man for man they should easily wreck any unit of space marines, but instead the best they can often hope for is a long, drawn out struggle.
