Well there is the question of whether or not a painted model is worth more than unpainted (same with assembly) since for the sake of customization and shit you gave the people a bunch more work to make it look like how they want it to look.

Personally I'd sell it at the same price you bought it at unless (when compared to other work) your paint work is as badass as those super professionals paid to paint these things then yeah mark it up.

Hell no, I pay half price max for used goods regardless of condition. Maybe up to 60% if it's rare item. Paying full price for someone's second hand shit is just insane.
