Anyone here play BattleCON?

I want to like Marmalee but she's just garbage, and no-one I know wants to play.

Good game but hard to "force" people to get into as it requiers sevdral games to make others be less shit at 2 character. I play the holy seals angel guy

I gived it a try recently. I survive it but the weeb is strong in most of the chara design. Even without the first art, it's hard to make the lambda warhammer player kind play it.
It really feel like playing a vsfigthing vg. The 50+ playable characters and multiple battle mode have the strength and
weakness expected: Diversity cost balance issue.

The editors look passionate but his communication seems a little messy. I had to search in unofficial forum to figure out what is the actual standard for competitive format.

Overall I like it. Until the online realese, I intend to practice more on Tabletop sim.

Marms can be amazing, but her playstyle is a radical departure from the rest of the cast and putting her in Flight 1 was a huge mistake.

I backed the kickstarter for the online version, I'm just waiting for it to be fully playable so I can get into it.

"Fully playable" is still quite some time away.
First up will be Turbo Mode, which is kind of a reduced version of the actual game.

I suggest sticking with the TTS mod for now.

Ottavia is banned pretty much everywhere because her regular UA makes her very OP.
You don't even need to guess the opponent's priority, you just need to lock down attacks with a priority higher than yours. All Ottavia's styles care about is whether you're faster than your opponent.

I haven't played it in a long while, but I absolutely adore this game. Being a fighting game player makes me appreciate it that much more.
