I mean, yeah, it's true - at least two spells start with a P and are broken. But this isn't a particularly good rule for predicting what's broken.

Among mercenary bands of the time, I am pretty sure there was a "Band of the Falcon."

They really should have made fighters proficient in exotic weapons.
Thankfully i have found giving it to fighters does not mess with balence much
