You've got that the wrong way round, he said of all the primarchs that "died" on Istvaan V (all 3 were thought lost at first) he'd miss Ferrus the most - he had him in the "dauntless few", his group of 4 primarchs who he reckoned were supremely loyal and who could work with him to defeat any foe (he might respect other primarchs as well, but he didn't think they'd mesh as well, for either personal or tactical reasons)
