It piqued my interest, and sure enough, shortly after entering the treacherous forest I discovered the remains of an old structure.
I only carried a bunch of torches, but I went inside regardless, collecting the light sources again after I got my bearings.
The tunnels were confusing, but I kept heading down...
This was no temple. But it was something.
I got lost a few times. But the tunnels went on and so did I.
After a while I wasn't sure I'd find my way out again.
But then I found this.

And then you died for no reason at all.
The end..
I immediately spread around my last remaining torches to get a feeling for the dimension.
It was big.
All the way down at the bottom there was a drain.
I don't know what possessed me. Maybe there was something else in that cave. I jumped in and let the water carry me down deeper and deeper into the earth. When my air had almost run out I started to struggle against the current in the perfect darkness. And after a few panicked moments I found myself here.
Without any hope of ever returning that way there was nothing left but to go on.
I staggered forward warily, vaguely hearing far away sounds. Like the screaming of animals...
Something was written above the door, but the archaic words' meaning eluded me.

It means ">>v" in Latin
Around every corner I jumped at shadows.

Shit ">>/v/"
Roast ruined, time to an hero
The direction was clear and the halls kept getting larger.
And larger.
...and larger!
Until I found this.
Unsure which way to take I spotted a glimpse of light. But those terrible sounds had also gotten louder, and this is where they seemed to be coming from.
Approaching the light I had hoped for salvation from this darkness. But then I wished it was dark again.
After a moment I realized that I was yet safe. This was no place for man, but the terrors lurking in its shadows had not gotten me yet, so I ventured down the wide steps towards what I can only describe as the altar and found more writings, even more cryptic than before.

Look man, I dunno why you're pulling this shit.
It doesn't matter if the end is funny or not, but you're on /tg/, so video games really aren't the vibe here. I'm not opposed to you posting, just maybe not on this board
>>49921971
It means
>leave every hope, you who enter
It's from Dante's divina commedia
I had to get away from all this, but I knew there was no way back. After a few moments I scaled the side wall and managed to reach the space behind the raised altar.

>Doesn't know /tg/ town
This is the Civcraft rip-off server, right?
This thread belongs on /v/, and it probably wouldn't go over too well there either.
I emerged in the small space behind the giant creeper face and found a natural cave. It gave me hope. It could be a way out. But I was very deep. That's when from behind me I heard PSSSSSSSSSSSSS BOOM!

>video games
Wrong board

Easy. Stop bumping.
I like it.

>He doesn't know about /tg/'s relationship with minecraft from the days of old.
You poor, sad, strange, little man
Eeeeh, 6/10, I've seen way better builds and dungeon designs.
