Yes, but they are Afraid of in in Orky ways.

While a Human may spend his entire life afraid of his own death, painstakingly trying to avoid it via drugs and skullduggery to ensure their own safety, an Ork will simply live out his life at the fullest and only in the last possible second when he realises his life is close to death will he try and turn tail and run.

Orks are only afraid of imminent death, not death as a philosophical or metaphysical concept. Orks don't think they're going to die until it's seconds away from happening.

They dont fear death, but the consequences of death; namely not being able to fight anymore. (until reincarnation, but that's ork spirituality, not littoral rebirth like Chaos sometimes does.)
