Will Hindmarch is a great designer, but the guy's IRL life is such that he's perpetually late on everything. The good news is that his past track record is such that he always delivers, eventually, often with way more than promised, and of high enough quality that it's worth the wait.
Guy can't make a deadline to save his life, but he still takes his promises seriously.

So tl;dr version: it's not out yet, but it's coming eventually.
