Otherwise, most of the people I work with IRL have tattoos, some of them pretty obvious. One guy has 'family first' tattooed on his neck, and they let him do deliveries to customers.

I have only made on character with a tattoo and it was fro ERP. It was a uterus tattoo over her crotch.

Me as a player, I dont have any. I want some but I dont want to get them on my own. I want a partner to want me to get them. So they effectively modify my body how they want. I love shit like that. I'll likely never find anyone into that though so I will likely never get any modifications done.

Of course you're probably not being respectful of that tribe, but they probably have like <10k members in the whole world, and 3/4 of them are alcoholics, so it's not like there's much to lose.

I've never put tats on a character.

I think if I had a Shadowrun character they'd have tattoos on bodyparts that they planned to get replaced with cyber-bits. Then they could just put whatever the fuck they wanted there.

No. Tick marks are the binary values of the frequencies of each pulsar in regards of the frequency of the period transition of a hydrogn atom. Distance is expected to be calculated relative of the longest, without tick marks, line, which is the distance froim the galactic core. Last information is the angle (which is actualy much more accurate and useful to identification of said pulsars than the very approximative distances). Astronomical Units are absolutely not adapted considering the distances we're dealing with there.
