STEP 3.14 If Anons wanted to contribute to this project but have nothing to share, they could be VERY helpful by making a list of folders in some of the Big Collections listed in Da Archive. This will improve ctrl-f searches.

If by Trolling them you mean annoying the shit out of the people running the upload sites, yes. What you're suggesting is thoughtless and will irk the site owners a lot. If you mean 'Trolling' the content owners - no. It's fairly easy to file a take down notice, at which point the file hosting companies are going to do it without researching the actual file contents.

TL:DR - Dumb idea is dumb. Just rename the content something else that will fly under the radar before uploading.
