I want to mention, that redacting (blacking out) is not the way to clean a pdf, all it did was visibly black out information. but the information is still in the document.

Then for some reason a black box has been put on the background itself, which kinda sucks cause that can't be removed and you have this glaring black mark on every page.

More like Apocalypse World, but with Bonds (called Links) rather than Hx.

I like it. But right now it's not that good for SR because it's true cyberpunk. No magic.

Original Electronic File.
Basically the PDF was created from the original digital publishing file (for example a document created in InDesign). This will have the original fonts used are embedded in the PDF, Images will be layered, most every element will be its own object, may also contain printing bleed marks for professional printing.

This is different from say an OCR, which is just a scan of the pages, and the text is electronically read from the image and placed into the PDF that allows you to search the document for a word, or cut'n'paste text from the PDF, even to replace the scanned text completely to clean up the scan visually.

In the case of the Chainmail version in the trove. I used the same technique WOTC used to make the OD&D pdfs, I first used ABBYY finereader to OCR the original and I used their fonts for the text, corrected any spelling, kept the original formatting, made all the images their own element. Thus making it a OEF.

The OD&D whitebox is the same... its not an OEF Scan, it uses the Premium Editions as a base, and I added material that was removed from the last print edition. And the original cover art.

Same with the Supplements, For example Gods, Demi-Gods & Heroes, Is at its core the Premium OEF, but with the removed Hyborea and Elric mythos added back in.

All this info is in my updates txt file on the trove.

For randos, something with popular draw might get you more players. FF Starwars or something like that, perhaps. I understand 5e D&D is a good beginner game also.
