I'd say treat her gauntlets more like clubs or shields than fists. She doesn't grapple or parry, just smashes. High initiative and speed, but maybe recovery penalties after initiating?

4e, Brawler Fighter. They make fantastic tough grapplers.

A 4e monk would also work well though she's a bit heavy for that. Maybe the Con/Dex monk there?

Traits: Practiced Initiator Unorthodox Method(Swap Golden Lion with Iron Tortoise again).

Human Bonus Feat:Prodigious Two Weapon Fighting(Allows you to use Strength for Dex prerequisites in TWF)
Stupendous Strength(Treat 1 handed Weapons as light weapons, 2 handed as one handed. If you have prodigious TWF you can now treat 2 handed weapons as light weapons for the purpose of TWF) You can also treat tower shields as heavy shields for shield bashing and not take the -2 penalty to attack for holding one)

Bonus Feat from Warder(Dervish Defender) is Two Weapon Fighting.

At level 1 you can dual wield earth breakers as light weapons, fluff them as battle gauntlets(both deal bludgeoning, not a big deal). You lose proficiency with shields, but you lose access to Dervish Defense(Int to AC when in Light Armor and TWFing).

So at level fucking 1 your concept is already pretty much set. Let's see how much further we can take this?

From here it's pretty open in terms of what you can take. You're going to be hurting for damage a little bit because you're holding off on power attack(Dragon Fury grants that for free).

You can take 2 levels in Aegis to get Mighty Frame so you can dual wield large earth breakers as light weapons, fluff your astral suit as a tech interface.

Maybe barbarian for some rage rounds that stack with Dragon Fury.

In gurps, she's be exactly what she is in LoL. Unarmed fighter, high attack ST with points spend to buy a gizmo that makes her ST for punches even higher, plus innate attacks that emulate her skills.
