How would you stat her "explosion" for DnD?

She's literally 4ed DnD arcane striker who didn't took any once per encounter and at will spells.

Explosion: has a range of 100 ft base, 1d6 damage base, 20 x 20 area base.
However, when casting you can choose to sacrifice any number of other uncast spells you have prepared for the day. Count up the total number of spell levels of all uncast spell slots sacrificed this way.
The resulting value can either be spent to increase damage by 1d6 on a one for one basis, increase the range by 10 feet on a one for one basis, or increase the damage area by 5 feet on a one for one basis.
One its own its a weak spell but by dumping all of you other spells into it, it can become a very powerful spell. Most adventurers simply don't find it useful outside of niche situations, though it can be used to turn non-damaging spells into a makeshift attack in a pinch.
Its flexibility is that it can be buffed for mega damage, or split the buff to do moderate to heavy damage from a longer range or to a larger army.
Megumin, obviously, puts every single available ounce of power into it every single time, regardless of whether or not she needs to.

One of player ask me that
I decide it was a feat, only work on fire damage spell, max dice damage*2, double spell slot cost and you are stunned until your next short rest
It's not really balance but my player was satisfied and it was just for a fun oneshot anyway
