In the Lords of The Dead book one of the first stories is basically Kislev falling to beastmen. The Tzarina goes to fight them with her guards as the civilians escape, it ends with an island getting covered in a massive blizzard until the world ends.

So the Tzarina MIGHT have gotten raped, but it was more that Kislev itself got raped. Beastmen fuck around a lot.
