Our founder/figure of legend is a Hero from ANOTHER ultra successor, someone so great they were given the honor of founding their own chapter. How about the hives were built in the jungle, but eventually the jungle just started growing back into the hives. The lower levels are covered in mosses and twisting vines, and it's hot and steamy like no ones business.

alright how about that the sprawl and the jungle just sort of... grew into each other.

the whole place is a hothouse filled with displaced wild animals probably being carved up by the sick fucks in the lower parts of the hives. Weird poisonous plants thrive in the sewer systems and the wealthy use large, but not building sized trees, to shield themselves from the sun at immense cost. Take a wrong turn and you'll run into some fuckers personal preserve or a huge beast being milked for some chemical.

Maybe the Marines left for a while to go fight that Prophecized threat, and when the got back the Hive had backslid a little.

The Fists of Guilliman were founded in the 41st Millennium in order to counter a threat foretold by prognostication. The Honor of founding this bulwark went to [UNKNOWN] of the [UNKNOWN] Ultramarines successor chapter after his valiant slaying of a Demon Prince.

Possessed of a gene-seed and doctrinal legacy most pure, the Fists have become extremely sensitive to Purity in all things. They often prefer a closer ranged form of combat, moving as one in a tight phalanx to crush the enemies of the Emperor and their Spiritual Liege. However, this same zeal for Purity often compels them to force the assorted Xenos and Heretics arrayed against them to appreciate the glory of the Human Form by punching them in the face.

While the world the FoG rule is one of the great Imperial Hive Worlds, they have let their hold over it grow loose and unused as they instead hone their skills and bolster their numbers in the face of the FORETOLD THREAT. This has allowed the native jungle life of the planet to reclaim much of the lower depths of the hives. Whispers lay the blame on ancient machinery from the Dark Age of Technology, but who can truly say?

The FoG speak in hushed tones of the 'White Minotaurs, a near-forgotten chapter who the Fists regard as a secretive but benevolent ally against the FORETOLD THREAT: A particularly large force of Chaos.

They could be the Nega Fists. Maybe the chapter originally sent to deal with the prognosticated threat, but then fulfilled the prophecy by BECOMING the threat? They seem to be indectical to the Fists so there needs to be a connection between the two before the warband falls to chaos?

I tried

Spoken of only in hushed whispers, enigmatic intelligence documents, and in hatred by the Fists of Guilliman, this fresh Chaos warband skulks about in the shadowed cracks in the Imperium, assembling forces for the prophecized onslaught. Made up entirely of veteran Chaos Marines pulled from warband and legion alike, FORETOLD THREAT has thus far been content to cover its tracks, a move that has brought it little of what passes for glory or blessings among their ranks.

In combat, they prefer to take the fight to the enemy, clawing at throats and slashing through ranks in a darkened, brutal mirror to the ordered zealous and punch-ous nature of the Fists.

Led by the Demon Prince [UNKNOWN], reviled across the Imperium for the tide of destruction he wreaked before being laid low by captain-turned-chapter founder [ALSO UNKNOWN], nearly destroying him. After many years of silence, he has returned to gather followers to his side for the time that was FORESEEN.

The planet Unver-Seum has 4 major hives.

The biggest and most densly packed hive is hive Kors-Seum (thinking of having "Seum" meaning home/known place in the langauge that the people speak) and is home to billions of imperial souls. From the outside the hive might just look like any other hive city, but when entering it one could see that has been overgrown with the jungle covering the planet.

Hive Kors-Seum is also the home to the majority of the planets nobility and the govenor himself. They mostly live in hanging garden style mansions overlooking the upper and middle hive from their "garden towers".
But the hive isn't without it's flaws, during the rain seasons many areas in the middle, lower and underhive are subject to rapid flash floods due to heavy rainfall. Along with hostile fauna wandering into the hive, that itself takes up a lot of the arbites resources. So crime in the underhive is almost rampant

Ok, I'll keep on going. Just so you know, I am making up this on the spot and english isn't my first language so be prepared for some spelling/grammar mistakes.

The second largest hive is "Hive Mayra-Seum". Mayra-Seum lies on the far east continent "Normeko" and spans around a large piece of land around the coast and goes several kilometers into the ocean. This hive is the main commercial and mercantile hub for the planet. This is due to gigantic loading docks that have been constructed over the years. This has lead to the formation of a city wide dialect and langauge called "Gothic Void" on the planet. This is becuase the langauge itself is a mix of the imperial high gothic and the native langauge.
This has made the planet to be the "face" when it comes to imperial relations, this has in turn created a bit of jealousy between the leader of Hive Mayra-Seum and the govenor. But the rest of Unver-Seum wouldn't get the supplies they needed without the support from Mayra-Seum.

The hive is also known for hunting the exotic Jaw Serpents that are the kings of the oceans mainly due to their speed and snake like maw that are rumored to yeat boats and aircraft that fly to close to the ocean.

The underhive is also a hotspot for smugglers, crime lords and other forms of criminals. The most notorious crime boss is Cassy "the Snake" Korger. She is wanted and sought after due to her being able to hide and smuggle rogue psykers off world, away from the black ships.

Do you guys want more regarding the hive cities? Or should I move onto stuff like; the jungle, flora and fauna, the people, languages, etc? If you have any ideas yourself then feel free to either pitch them to me or write something yourself

The jungles and hive cities sort of blend into each other, so I think more of the hive cities and then the jungle in general.

Maybe one of the hives is completely over run by jungle, but people there just sigh and deal with it like catachan. So people have to deal with stuff like their door suddenly being blocked by a tree one day or something like that.

Nah man, nothing wrong with the fluff. There are a couple of sentence structure things that annoy me personally but you said english isn't your first language so it's all good. I like that the capital isn't most powerful city on planet, because it kind of reflects on the fact that the FoG just let the locals do their own thing.

The 3rd hive on Unver-Seum is located in the middle of jungle at the planets equator. The hive itself is called "Hive Nobro-Seum", and this hive has been struk the hardest by the jungle. Wast portions of the lower hive become uninhabitable due to the jungle flora taking over making areas unreachable. The underhive, cut off from the rest off the hive has regressed into a tribal like society where mutation and disease are common.
But the rest of the hive functions like normal with the possible exeption of vines, moss and tress popping up in places where they are unwanted, like on maglev tracks, water pipes, elevator shafts. This has lead to a small sub-branch of the local Adeptus Arbites being formed nicknamed "the gardeners". They will burn and cut away the jungle with the help from holy promethium and razor charp chainswords.

The jungles doesn't always bring bad things into the hive, many plants needed for medicine normaly found deep inside the jungle could be found almost at their doorstep. And creatures like the Unver caterpillar that are draw towards heat vents and generators are used by the inhabitants for food, almost like cattle.

Nobles who live in the hive often use the surrounding jungle when it comes to big game hunting, since many beasts that would otherwise be rare near the other hives are plenty around Hive Nobro-Seum. Beast such as; the Egradon mammoth, Poison Apes and Steel Leeches. This rich hunting grounds have even drawn off world nobles and rich people to Unver-Seum and hive Nobro-seum in general.
