I'm playing a not-Skaven in pathfinder so I probably become a nice smelling elf.

She develops an intense and irrational hatred for her family, magic and the glorious, demon-wrought abomination that is her body.
It wouldn't actually change her physically though, unless this curse is strong enough to break the work of near Archdevil level of magic.
She would also be searching for a way to regain her former human self.

None the less, it's likely short lived as either;
Her patron, or one of her servants, comes-a-knocking to enquire why she is trying to reneg on their deal.
She is summoned or forcibly brought before her patron for the same reason.
Or the party has found a cure before one of the first two come to pass.
