Suggestions:
1.Once column with a scull and bones to be filled when a faction is eliminated.
2. shorten lines in the diagram a bit so the far right table can fit just above the second table and make the file smaller in size/fit screen better
3. Attibute map to you not Caesar
4. think about moving tiles for Helladic cultures so they all have at least one coastal tiles possibly and gib fishing boat so they start with pop of 5 (give trade bonus to someone else possibly) to account for games with fewer players.

Hell, even if you couldn't get all the rollers back I think it could work. Just mark the nations of rollers who didnt show back up as "unclaimable" for a game or two, then make them free for all. That way, the borders and history of the game would develop semi-naturally.
