If you mean mechanically, a 3hp party that rolls to hit, to armor break, and successes subtract an hp. Dodges and tackle zones can be transposed to attacks of opportunity.

If you mean thematically, it'd be magic is technology shadowrun with 'the next big game' being the plot point. Have to round up half a dozen sacrifices to get a star player to play. Have to be the bodyguard for the sponsor/mob's chosen team. There's 2 billion gold coins on the line of tomorrow's game and you need to rig the field, start a riot, invoke the weather, etc. The dragon of the east is in town and has agreed to spare our village if his whelpling gets to meet Morg n Thorg.

I think the setting is actually criminally under illustrated for how vibrant it is next to things like future grim dark, and Bright and Shiny Good v Evil.

Honestly this is going to depend more on what you want the PCs to be doing. Are they team managers? Are they players?

Either way the game seems a good fit for narrative-style games that work best in "episodic" formats; FATE comes to mind. Maybe even a highly reworked MAID.

It could also be run something like a Battletech campaign, where each episode's climax is an actual game of Blood Bowl but the players spend time with another ruleset doing everything they can to rig the game.

If you can get a group of 7 people, and someone agrees to be the commissioner for a league, you could have an RP week, and a game week alternating. RP week is spent where the people play an operative associated with their team and they can work together/against eachother as members of the same league.

Basically choose inducements/weather/injuries between the ready to play phase and game start on RP night through RP means instead of a dice roll.

Going to make a casino feel clean pitch. Then make wooden/plastic chips with jersey numbers stenciled on them and the stands will have slots for holding player cards. All teams represented in decks.

I've seen a lot of really cool field conversions, but they all look really unwieldy to play on so I wanted something really low clearance that could be made for cheap. And wasn't a roll up table cloth. The first one will just be squared with painted tiles on the field and green felt surrounding it. Then I'll know just how much it'll cost to make with locally available materials.

If my normie friends see it sitting in the side of the room, they can say it's a cool looking football board, then mention fantasy football. And then explain it's not the mainstream fantasy football.

Then they're stuck and have to discuss the intricacies of drow vaginas vs tau throat circumference. Then they grow beards and guts and the curse spreads.

Those images were made from Shraaaag's scripts. which get the source from something like picon=486408. However, I can't get every individual sprite for the Secret League like I could with CRP and Stunty (for example, go to the Chaos team page, then right click and click Copy Image Location on the Beastman sprite. Are interceptions needlessly convoluted?

Even in the rule book it seems like the only time you're going to intercept is if you roll a 6. And even if you're agi for with very long legs and such, you're going to fail on a 1. As stated by the rules, 1 will always fail, and 6 will always succeed regardless of traits/stats.

Why not just make every attempt to intercept roll a 6 or fail?

So, a Gutter Runner with RLL and Extra Arms is intercepting on a 3+. Anything beyond that requires 5 Agility.
To be honest, a Gutter Runner with Extra Arms, Leap and Really Long legs isn't THAT bad of a build even if you weren't trying to make him an interception machine. Unorthodox, but not totally illogical.

Are werewolves undead? Are they enthralled to the team's necromancer? Are they just the best of the all werewolf minor leagues? If they're not undead, why is Necro the only team that employs them? Where does Whilhelm sit among all this?

I also want little blurbs for each star player so it's not just a name, stat list, and cost. A paragraph is fine. Hails from and known for is all it needs to include.

- He failed blood lust roll

All that's missing is a lot of races.

Cyanide rules are more or less tabletop.

But there are differences. Which people don't really care about. For the most part. There is still debate here. Such as sponsors and stadium upgrades. And how BB2 gives you the option of a wizard, or mercs in inducement instead of drawing from buff/debuff decks.

The things I hear the most guff about are where its supposed to be the same, but it plays out differently.

You may elect to throw a pass at any time during a player's action in BB2.

Officially, you have to announce a pass/blitz action at the start of your turn in order to do it. And you may not pass and blitz at the same time.

There's also inconsistencies when it comes to skill interactions or skills not working as prescribed in the rules. Such as pass block in BB2 vs in the rules.

These are implementation issues and there's otherwise no word on whether they're intended or not.

For the most part, there's nothing wrong with BB2/Chaos Edition. No one is boycotting them really. It's just a difference of corner cases. You take it on the chin if you want to play BB2 that some things will play out a little differently but you'll get to play many more games, or don't have to buy/build mini's etc.

They only differ in corner cases and BB2 doesn't have every team in the CRP. Plenty of people play Chaos Edition/BB2/Fumbbl/TT all at the same time. Just note there will be inconsistencies between every version, and TT is the purest.

These teams were free if you brought the game within a week(Welf and Lizards) and/or bought it for PC(Undead, Necro, Nurgle, Norse).
