FAQ:
>What the fuck is this?
Somewhat a campaign of crack-infused free-form roleplay in the grim darkness of the far future.

>When do you guys make these threads?
Usually mondays at 4PM GMT, but they sometimes extend to Tuesdays if we got caught in the middle of something when the thread died and it was too late to make another one the same day.

>Can I join in?
Sure, just think of a character and have fun, you can find most info in 1d4chan albeit it's ussually a little bit out of date in comparison to where the threads are.

>Is there any requirement in character creation.
Not really, we've had Xeno infiltrators, Chaos infiltrators, Villains, Heroes, Normal Guardsmen, Crazed Guardsmen, Assassins, Psykers, Space Marines, Inquisitors, Squats... just think whathever and join the fun.

>Is it allowed to have more than a single character?
Yes as long as you don't use it to powerplay.

>So how you guys do the playan'?
We tend to use spoilers for OOC chat, but nothing is set in stone.
We tend to use greentexts for describing a character's actions, but again nothing is set in stone.
Use d20s for combat checks and d100s for other things you want to roll, higher Is better.
It's important to know that the regiment is now in the employ of a radical Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, with influence from an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor and under the watch of an Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor. Yes we've been through a lot of shit.
>>
>After a horrible ork fungus beer induced hangover the regiment's survivng troops, along with the survivors of the destroyed ship get dragged off or channeled to the docking area of the ork battle ship, in those halls is a handfull of imperial valkyres in a decent-ish condition to be driven by non-ork pilots
>With the regiment gathered in the docking halls, the only thing remaining is to wait for Kap'n Bigteef Dakkalord to break warp ravel and send the humans on their way, whenever that may happen

>untill then the imperials can keep busy by counting their losses and kicking around thieving snotlings

Give it up peepers. The fact that you even got a signal on this hunk of rock is lucky enough. But without this beacon, nobody in orbit is going to hear us. Not even that survey buoy.

Speaking of which, I should be done... now!

And I do apologise for Ambrise's rudeness just now! He's rather pleasant to talk to once he's had his dose of experiments for the day!

"How...much?"
>>
>>49060828
"So do I. You just wait."

You're Inquisition, right? How much you got on you?

You got the samples on you?

That enough for you?

If it wasn't for the mess he makes. I'd have somebody throw him out an airlock

>>49060855
Perhaps you should! I pay my men rather well, so long as they follow my orders.
>He'd flash the man a smile, before continueing.

And I mean no offense when I say this, as I know quite well how battlefields are. But you do indeed smell rather awful. And those clothes just won't do for dinner involving the esteemed Admiral Sternbridge!
>He'd snap his fingers, and out of no where, two guards would come out measuring tapes in their hands.
>Before you'd even have time to say "A Ganengle snail is eatting my boot", the men would back off, and would go onto doing the same to each and every member of the regiment.

Alright... I was wrong. -That- is the most odd thing so far.
>>

Vice-Admiral, i wish to speak to you
>>
>>49061068

Indeed, my good Inquisitorial Acolyte. Indeed you have!

I'll have someone bring the new clothes down to each member of your regiments rooms, a little while before dinner!

Ahem.

Anyhow, Name's Vic, pleased to meet you Peepers.

I'm sure Richard, we won't regret it.

We'll have to follow reports and rumours. And travel fast, for they may be far before we reach their destination, once we know it. It may take months, but we will catch up with them. Maybe take our little freeloader to them as well. The AI should be in the Herald's system still. Whether it hides or prepares, or is oblivious to late happenstances, it is still here.

You seem to forget, my good man. That Slanessh is still a thing.
>>
>exits a side room, refreshed and well rested.
much better, what have I missed?
>>49063618
>waves at the rogue trader
you still here then?
>>
>>49063618
The battle is won, but the war is still on

With the emperor, nothing is impossible
>>
>>49063638
Why of course!
>He'd give the sister a small chuckle.
This is my ship after all...

>He'd give her a once over, surprised that she isn't wearing the dress he'd had sent to her room.
>>
>>49063608
I get a feeling... He'll be back...

Seriously I am afraid to touch my armor now in case those drops touch my skin, how am I suppossed to remove it to change ti this dress?!
>>
>>49063676
Trust in the emperor, he will protect you
>>
>>49063591
Thanks private.

>>49063509
>Looks over at the Rouge Trader
>Bows slightly
"And thank you too sir!"

>>49063565
>Looks out at the empty place of the capsule
"I hope he is okay, tough. He was a total prick, but perhaps not even him deserved that

>>49063643
"You know, I used to be a Lieutenant at the Imperial Guard. I am still not sure if I have my rank, or nobody bothered to take it away..."
>Trails off
"but whaddaheck! I promote you! Congratulations! Sargent Peepers!"
>>
>>49063673
ah, I didn't notice that, sorry.
>she's rubbing her forhead and still looks rather sleepy.
>>
>>49063701
>salutes
Thank you sir, i will not let you down
>>
>>49063676
>Oddball, in a move which is incredibly graceful for an inebriated, semi-mad Tank Commander, slides down the hull of his Hammerhead and drops to the ground at the bottom.
>He is clutching a Jerry Can.
Well....y'know......we could always douse you in water. Might want to put your helmet on first though.....we don't want to get your hair wet, do we?
>>
>The Herald enters the Warp and takes a deep, dark path through the unknown depths of the Empyrean
>>
>>49063698
If you say so... I'll use pincers anyways, just in case.

>>49063750
Or that, that could work.
>>
>>49063698
>"And who might you...be....young man?'
>>
>>49063750
there is no way that you got away with bringing that thing on either the Ork ship, or a rogue traders ship
>>
>>49063777
The emperor protects!
>>
>>49063777
"I would not do that young lady...the water maximizes the effect...I...reccomend...blood mixed with...what was it...silver."
>>
>>49063847
>Startled
WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?! HOW?!
>>
>>49063807
PR/tg/ operates on magic(snort snort) logic. This is how I get away with that. This is also how the AI is still alive.
>>
>>49063863
"Excuse me, who are you talking to?"
>>
>>49063883
The Slaaneshi Commissar is back!
>>
>>49063863
>>49063883

Foul magic is in the air, you must be seeing things

>misteriously vanishes
>suddenly behind max
"I believe...it is...me..."
>>
>>49063903
"Maybe it's telepathy"

>>49063807
Mr. Wyvern I think our pilots needs the help of your Astropath.
>>
>>49063883
>>49063908
W-what?! You don't see him?!
>>
>>49063903
>>49063928

>>
>>49063946
I suppose the other option is to get you blackout drunk.
>>
>>49063946
"See what?"

>>49063928
"Oh, we picked himself up.. somewhere...
He is alright, just have a curious diet."
>>
>>49063946
>puts his hands on her shoulders

Purify your thoughts, the heretic's aura got to you, you must focus
>>
>>49063949
Oh perfect. Now she's really seeing things.
>>
>>49063966
>>49063946
>raises his hand
permission to get the newbie hammered sir!
>>
>>49063970
W-what?! You mean some of those drops did actually hit my skin?!

What do I do? Into what I focus?
>>
>>49064001

The spirit of the emperor is within every human in the galaxy, he exists to guide us, to aid us in a place of evil and chaos, call onto him, let him help you and the chains of chaos will be weakened
>>
>>49064001
"FUCK HIM. DO IT."
>>
"Only advice I got to take our priest"
>>49064028
>He looks at Peeps
"and go meet the ship astropath."

"as for me, I have to find another bottle of whiskey"

going afk for a bit
>>
>>49064028
Ok ok ok...
>She takes big breathes to relax.
>>49064032
>Tries to not think on him.
>>
>>49057617
>The Herald emerges again near to the Maelstrom
Now... This should hasten any signals traveling through the warp. Distort them, maybe, but certainly hasten them. Now we lay down in wait of word of the regiment...
>>
>>49064062
"Are...you alright...madam..."
>Kanelucination
"Wellp, my balljuice and potion mixed...ooops...try to explain this to the others"
>>
>>49064057
>>49064062

Yes, dont forget to breathe, take your time and feel the visions fade, imagine them like a dying lightbulb, remember, chaos can only affect you if you believe it can
>>
>>49064099
Yes...
She sighs
>>49064100
Because the Emperor protects.
>>
>>49064120
>Stays with her untill the vision ceases
>>
>>49064142
>She relaxes.
Thank you peepers... In the end it's just my mind imagining things.
Now. I should go take a shower and change up to this dress our kind host has gifted me with.

...and then take that ship for a flight
>>
>>49063997
Denied. Need to see what she says.

>>49064120
We probably have some meds in the Medkit that will help......
Cat! Get your ass out here with the Medkit!
>"Get stuffed mate! 'Not mah bloody name! Prick!" This voice is female.....and upset, obviously.
>A Medkit sails out the hatch and bounces off Oddball's back, knocking him forward onto the decking.
Detox....no....
Clear......not tired....Rainbow! There we go! Just in case!
I still suggest the water idea, if your armour is watertight then you've nothing to fear.
>>
>>49064142
>>49064120
Well now... this is incredibly werid...
>>
>>49064167
>raises an eyebrow.
you're actually going to wear the dress? he gave me one too but I'm not so sure. is it not weird that he has these at all?
>>
>>49064167
Stay safe

>>49064188
The forces of chaos allways prey on us when we are at our weakest, we cannot give them an opportunity to harm us and the imperium

A man fears a fierce demon, but a demon too fears a fierce man
>>
>>49064199
It's not that he has them, he MADE them for us. He made dresses and suits fir everyone. Pretty crazy, but very elegant, so yes, I will wear it given the effort dedicated onto this.
>>49064180
I am fine, but thank you sergeant... Uhm...
>>
>>49064167

"I bet he has a biiig dick...Thaaat Malaaak...

Iiii can seeee into your thought-aaaw what a cute teddy you had!
>>
>>49064199
Theyre not just specifically for you, my dear sister. But because we're having a rather esteemed guest for dinner!
>He'd frown.
But if you'd rather not wear it, then you don't HAVE to come for dinner.

Just like how the rest of your regiment doesn't HAVE to have dinner if they don't want to shower and be properly groomed for it!
>>
>>49064239
sorry, I've been sleeping since we got picked up.
>she smiles warmly at the pilot and moves back to her room in order to get changed.
>>
>>49064259
Am i invited too?
>>
>>49064259
oh no, I'll play dress up that's what you want, just don't expect me to look pretty.
>she would stick out her tongue at the Rogue Trader and saunter away.
>>
>>49064239
'M name's Oddball, what everyone calls me anyway.
Crew are usually pretty nice, but one of them has decided to -throw out a lot of NEGATIVE WAVES RIGHT NOW-. Excuse me.
>Oddball grabs the Jerry Can and Medkit, before clambering up the side of the tank and dropping into the open hatch.
Come here you little shit! I'll rip that 'extra appendage' off and beat you to death with it!
>>
>>49064251
>ignores as much as she can.
>>49064266
It's ok, a normal occurrence to sleep for long given the day we had on that ork ship.
>>49064259
Please mylird forgive her, she has already explained the reason of her ignirance over the fact.
>She bows.
Now if you excuse me I'll preppare for dinner.

>She goes to her assigned quarters to shower and change up
>>
>>49064306
You already do my dear!
>He'd call out, even as she was walking away.
>>
>>49064259
>Returns after sadly discovering the last whiskey was the once placed with the weirdo commissar
>He twirls his substantial facial hair upon hearing the word "grooming"
"Excuse me good sir, but it's been a while since I could wax my mustache. The "dakka uil" of the greenskins somehow don't get the job done."
"Something fireproof would be well-appriciated."
>>
>>49064281
Of course you are! You're entire regiment is invited so long as they are properly bathed and groomed. And are willing to wear the suits and dresses I had made!

Even your "Oddball" friend, and his tank crew are able to join!
>>
>>49064340
>she would continue to walk away, stopping to turn and call back to him.
I do my best, you're not so bad yourself.
>>
>>49064343
I'm.... sure we can have something brought to your room is short order my friend.
>>
>>49064333
"Oh deary me... what are we doing now?"
>>
>>49064377
Superb!

>runs to his room to check out his attire
>>
>>49064391
>He'd chuckle to himself.

Of course I do! It's part of the job description!
>>
>>49064402
>In her room
Shut up you're not real! The Emperor protects!
>>
>>49064333
It's honestly quite fine! I can see how she might find it a bit.... creepy? I guess my men took her measurements whilst she was sleeping.
>>
>>49064417
"He sure didn't protect your virginity...or did he?"
>>
>>49064396
"Excellent, thank you"
>Takes off to wash, and iron out his uniform
>Dust of his hat
>Polish his shoes
>maybe even patch up the holes in it
>>
>>49064416
>>49064430
it's not all that bad, I just have bad experiances with pretty men sneaking into my room.
>her mind would jump back to the strange Eldar that broke into her quarters all those years ago.
>shaking her head she would smile at the Rogue Trader before slipping back into her room.
>>
>>49064448
Leave me alone! You're just an hallucination caused by my mind's paranoia over having been hit by one of the drops. Now disappear!

>grooms his burned skin and metal parts and takes a shower
>screaming fills the hallway as the water short-circuts his cybernetics

>gets dressed in the uniform and goes to dinner, whistling to himself
>>
>>49064483
>He'd knock his fist against the metal door.

Vic? Is something wrong? I can hear you shouting from my room next door.
>>
>>49064533
W-what?! N-no! All is alright, thank you!
>>
Gotta hit tie bed, see you all tomorrow at the dinner
>>
>>49064483
"Hallucination? No. Psychic link. I am currently gettink rammed by a whisperer of secrets. You?
>>49064563
Oooh. Invite him in.

A-are you sure? It sounds like a murder is going on In there from my perspective

>>49064377
>>49064259
Is it okay for me to crash the dinner or will that ruin a subplot you may or may not have going on?

>>49064621
>>49064619
NO!
>She'd like to strangle the heretic right now.
>>
>>49064662
>dinner
it would ruin a subplot. Save it until afterwards mayhaps? Especially since the regiment is both in the warp, and has several days ahead of you
>>
>there are several troopers banging on the door to one of the ship's many rooms, yelling for Ron to come out. They are trying to reason with him, telling him everything is going to be fine, and that the dinner will be nice, but he is having none of it.

>Having exhausted all other options, they attempt to call >>49064471 Claire for help.

Ron? everything alright?

>>49064683

>>49064668
Uhm-. If you're doing "that", then I'll come back later...
>His face would be a little flushed at the thought of her doing "that".
J-just try to keep it down a little. O-ok?
>>
>>49064707
>the troopers throw up their hands and walk away. From the other side of the door, Ron yells
Shit, Claire? Uh, nothing is wrong! Nothing at all! I totally am completely comfortable wearing all these fancy clothes and definitely don't feel like I look ridiculous!
>>
>>49064668
"Can't spray me now, can you? Let me delve deep into your brain. Try and delve into mine."

>>49064718
we probably think him to be dead at this point.

>>49064734
>>49064752
I am not doing "THAT"! DAMN YOU!
>She opens the door to Malak to show the truth on her words.
I just have a "feeling" on top of my head I can't seem to get ridd of no matter how much I try! Evdr had a little voice driving you insane on your head that talks nonsense and won't shut up!?
>>
>>49064683
agreed. I'll hop in when there is a better time to do so.
>>49064718
Assumption he was dead? Forgetting his existence? Just not caring? Being too busy?
>>
>>49064739
>looks down at her dress and smirks.
how do you think I feel? I'm wearing a dress for thrones sake.
>>
>>49064777
Yeah. It's called Kane. And the one before that was some guy who only ever wore red.

But that's besides the point. If you're not doing "that", then why were you screaming?
>>
>>49064782
>Ron sighs loudly from the other side of the door
You look good in anything and nothing, I wouldn't worry about that! I, on the other hand, look like a fucking idiot in this suit. Where are the straps? There's nowhere to put my gun, damn it!
>>
>>49064813
Because I've got Kane inside my head since that little incident withth the test tube! I know it's just my mind playing with me because the drops fell on my armor but I can't stop hearing his annoying voice on my head telling me to do "things"!
>>
>>49064813
"Let me try something"
>He swings her hand onto his chest
"Uhh...huhh...that's hard...like his di-uhh.."
>>
>>49064817
>blushes at the comment but keeps her self together to try and draw him out.
you're not meant to have a gun at the dinner table, besides I'm sure you look rather nice.
>knocks on the door again
can you at least let me in? I bet you've put your tie on wrong and I'd very much like to fix it.
>>
>>49064873
I have not put my tie on wr-
>pause
FUCK!
>the door unlocks
>>
>>49064718
also, he has been acting suspiciously lately. It could even be that the regiments members want him to stay missing.
>>
>>49064858
What?
>>
>>49064887
>slips inside and fixes his tie
much better, I just knew you would have gotten it wrong.
>pecks him on the cheek and smiles.
I'd say you look rather dashing, come join me at the table and stop me from punching that flirt of a rogue trader?
>>
>>49064855
>He'd raise his brow at this.

I know I'm going to regret this, but.... what kind of "things"?
>>49064858
that's a will save for her bro. 1d100
>>
>>49064915
mental stimulation?no?allright
>>
>>49064931

Can't say that I'd blame either of you. You are an incredibly beautiful woman, and he is kind of obnoxious.
>>
>>49064915

he's trying to take over your body momentarily so that he can have your hand rub against malaks chest so that he can make erection jokes
>>
>>49064954

>>49064813
Evening Captain, keep up with those Positive Waves.

>>49064855
Ey' Vic, Cat says to wear this Vest under your armour....or your dress at the moment.

>Oddball sets the vest at the pair's feet then heads back to the Hammerhead.
>>
>>49064937
>>49064946
>>49064957

>>
>>49064957
phoneposting is hard. No keks for old kane
>>
>>49064995
Shouldn't you and your men be getting dressed for dinner sergeant?
>>
>>49064954
I'd say he's rather dashing actually, just a tad... off. I guess I'm not used to men being so forward, most stay away because of whole killer nun with training in torture techniques thing.
>she laughs
>>
>>49065004
"Wait you didn't move your hand? Then what was the incredible ass pai-ooooohhhh noooo"
>>
>>49065029
No need baby, got all the fine dining we need in the Tank.....could do with some Pastrami though...
>>
>>49064995

Gimmegimmegimme
>>
>>49065006
bitch I've been doing this on my phone since may, but you don't see me crying!

>>49065004
>He'd raise his hands up defensively.

Hey, don't take it out on me! I'm not the one who poured a lust concoction on you! I'm just trying to see if you're alright!
>>
>>49065048
>Ron laughs
Well, for some men that's a turn-off. They don't really want to be with a lady that will shoot their nuts off if she doesn't like 'em. Me, on the other hand...
>he jams his bolt pistol into his waistband
I'm fine with that.
>>
>>49065055
>She puts the vest on.
Hopefully this will do.
>>49065074
>She sighs.
Sorry.
>>
>>49065070
>The vest does as Oddball said it would, stopping mental influence, at the price of being slightly heavy, but bearable to anyone who is used to armour.
>Pinned to the front is a note which says "Come by the tank to say thanks. Bring Grox" followed by an illegible scrawl where one's name might be signed.
>>
>>49065109
and I aprechiate your bravery Ron
>she would laugh warmly, her bolter slung over her shoulder.
who needs a purse when you have a bolter am I right? it's a nifty and usseful little accessory.
>>
>>49065115
*sigh* might as well put a dress on, i'm going to scour your memory a bit...look pretty for Marth, will ya?
>>
>>49065127
I'll definitely have to pass by that tank with some food from the dinner now.

Thanks for listening, Malak?

How much time before the dinner starts?

>>49065188
>>49065127

>>49065115
Apology accepted Vic.

Now get dressed! I REALLY want to taste what a Rogue Traders cook can make!
>>
>>49065201
>sensing his motives she would shake her head.
not enough, besides, you're all dressed up, after dinner though, who knows how much time we'll get.
>>
>>49065194
>The voice is barely, if at all heard
>>
>>49065222
Fine fine.
>She'd be about to change herself when...
Get out of my room first you perv...
>>
>>49065229
>looks at her like she's crazy
I don't need to get undressed to do what I need to do, Claire.
>>
>>49065201
>Over the intercom
Dinner will be served in ten minutes. Please arrive early so that you don't loose out on a good seat!
>There would be a momentary pause.

And please. I know some of you may be Penals, but I request you don't bring any weapons to the table. It's bad manners!
>>
>>49065246
>He'd look at where he was standing.
>He'd be outside her room.
... ok?
>He'd then close the door from the outside.
>He'd shake his head while he waits.
Coming from the woman who had lewd thoughts about me and a bunch if custodes...
>He'd shiver slightly at the thought.
>>
>>49065255
>raises an eyebrow at that and smirks.
and what do you NEED to do?
>>49065266
damn! I guess I'll just have to make do with a knife in my boot.
>she kisses Ron and moves away to her room.
I need to drop this off and pick up a knife, be back in a second.
>>
>>49065301
>Malak hears loud breathing and growling from around the corner
>>
>>49065301
She'd come out later, fully dressed.

You know that I could hear you through the door?
>>
>>49065266
>>49065319
>makes an annoyed grunt
Need to send a response to Alan... I guess it can wait. See you at dinner.
>>
>>49065338
>He'd smile at this.
Did I say I was trying to be quiet?
>He'd flash her a smug grin, before offering her his hand.

Now then... Are you ready to head off to dinner?
>>
>>49065301
>Comes along on his way to the dinner hall
>His black leather boots, straps, and mustache waxed to bright
>In his hand a bow of space chips he stole from the mess hall
"In her defense, that's an intriguing image"
>*Chomp*

"Want some"?
>>
>>49065456
You're... Asking me out on dinner, Captain Ordenius?
>Now she's the one with a slightly smug smile
>>
>>49065508
>Growling gets louder
>A painful shriek is heard
>>
>>49065530
as ????
>>
>Begins writing a situation report to Verasii

"Ship lost, all hands and men presumed KIA. Fuck, how do I make this not shit?"

>>49065508
>He'd shrug his shoulders.

I can't be the only one who doesn't show up to dinner without a date.

>>49065460
You're eatting right before dinner? Do you KNOW how many courses this meal will have!?
