Do you like Dystopias /tg/? what is your favourite type?

Dystopias are so cliche. I prefer Utopias.
>Imagine, a world with no niggers
Nah, I find them boring and exist only to send a message.
>>48997161
but "real" utopias rarely have any conflict in any way to make an interesting campaign.
>>48997225
Yeah closest you'll get is exploring the galaxy and fighting space farts
>>48997225
But what about playing a campaign in a real utopia when suddenly the uncultured swine from a neighboring country invades and everyone loses their collective shit?

kek
but yeah i like me a good dystopia. They create lots of conflict, the catalyst for storytelling.

One that are secretly utopias.
Like Brave New World.

All your pic reminds me of is "Its 2066 and memes are illegal"
Prefer Alt History shit where Germany won WW2 or Russia beat the US in the Cold War.

I'm not sure if you could call it dystopia, but I've always liked settings where the population of the planet has been reduced from 7 billion to roughly just one million or less by some global event.
Electricity works (where it can be generated), cities are still standing (though uninhabited/abandoned), no zombies or ayyliens or radiation or stuff like that, it's just that there's virtually no people anywhere.

welcome to Russia
>>48997046
No. They're always shitty soapboxes -- arguments without the hassle of argument. Like your pic, for example.
The only exception I can think of is cyberpunk, and that's only in a few works. I think it's because it's not used as a giant propaganda poster by Gibson.
