As far as D&D goes, It's between Eberron and Planescape.
As far as anything else, I'd have to make the argument that /tg/ gets more mileage out of 40k than we do any other setting. How many countless stories, homebrew chapters, alternate timelines, Concepts, and various accounts of Get Shit Done have been based on 40k?
