Of all myth and legend, I believe that Nuwa, the mother and creator of humanity in the Chinese mythology, fit /tg/ the best.

I won't put her at Demiurge level since she only created humanity, but I would put her power level above every Chinese god.
Chinese gods are enlightened mortal while Nuwa is a primordial goddess almost as old as the universe, she predate the gods both in myth and real life.
Nuwa was also the first of the Chinese mythical ruler.

I don't think she's worshiped very much. There are some minority that worship her in China, and there is a temple of her in Macau.
