Why can't modern have this? First containment priest and now this and recruiter. Meanwhile DnT/hatebears can't beat tier 3 decks. Sfm being banned doesn't help either.

Sometimes you want to run more than 4of and you can't, this sort of bypasses that. Also toolbox utility.
