That's a Mars-pattern Baneblade.

The turret features a Baneblade Cannon (S9AP2 10" Primary Weapon 1) with an autocannon (Heavy 2 S7AP4) as the co-axial gun (invisible in the pic since it's on the left of the main gun). In older editions this twin-links the main gun if it hits.

The hull gun is a Demolisher Cannon (S10AP2 Ordnance 1 Large Blast), with a turreted twin-linked Heavy Bolter over the driver's compartment (S5AP4 Heavy 3).

Baneblades can take up to 2 sets of sponsons, each with a lascannon on top and another twin-linked heavy bolter below. Taking one pair nets you a combined total of 11 different gun barrels (6 heavy bolters, 2 lascannons, the autocannon, the demolisher cannon, and the baneblade cannon).
