Depends on the level of reality warping. We're assuming omnipotence, but not omniscience.

1) Render it unable to perceive either reality or it's own existence before it realises what is happening. Stab it in the back of the head, blast it's brains out, obliterate it's senses somehow. If it cannot perceive reality, it cannot warp reality. If it's smart, this won't be viable because it will have defences specifically against this.

2) Trick it into using it's power against itself, either to render it powerless, or to destroy it outright.

3) Have a better reality warper on your own side.

Change its will

Depends on a lot of things, especially what you have available and what its limits are, if it has any. You could be shit outta luck in some cases.
1. Wear it down or overwhelm it. This includes using more dakka, hitting it with the moon, applying consistent nukes, etc. Assumes it cannot keep manipulating reality forever.
2. Ambush it or kill it before it can react. Snipe from range, lasers, etc. Assumes it needs to react.
3. Warp reality on your own enough to bypass its warping. Generate an anti-AT field, toss a black hole at it, use illusion magic, etc. Assumes your ability to do so is enough to counter it.
4. Trick it. Induce overconfidence, backstab it, get it to reveal its secrets or weaknesses. Assumes it can be reasoned with.
5. Befriend it. It's not an enemy if it is tour friend! Assumes it can be reasoned with or understood and can understand you.
