I'd imagine they'd be like the Hrud or Yu'vath: a dangerous species that is extremely difficult to fight, but one that is not spread across much of the galaxy and very rarely does anything of merit at the galactic level, if it ever does in the first place.

I think the Eldrazi would be very underpowered. Sure, they would reformat worlds and whatever lives on there would be fucked, but if the Jacetice league can kill Ulamog with a fireball, I'm pretty sure exterminatus protocol orbital bombardment would defeat them pretty quickly.

Now, if 30k Warhammer was invaded by the Eldrazi, bumblefuck Horus would charge in headlong expecting to purge the heretics, only to wind up assimilated by Emerakul and take over the galaxy with squiggly tentacle space marines.
