I guess it really depends on what 40k army you roll with, is guess sisters of battle would maybe cause issues, or something else, however if you played something more like imperial guard like me then you don't really experience much issue with half-nude models.

Good on you for trying to turn things around, OP. I'm recovering myself, it's not easy but it'll be worth it.

As for avoiding relapse, I'd say it's good sometimes to take a breather away from any screen. I don't take my phone in my bedroom any more for that reason. Just recognize when you're likely to hit a snag and take a breather then. That's all the advice I've got.
