Hard to fill an entire clan with weirdboyz, they're still rare as fuck, but I'd say the way to make this clan distinct is having it ruled by weirdboyz. Maybe an entire council of them?

They simply keep all fighty usurpers in check with their weirdtastic powers and act as a brain trust, discussing and thinking shit through to come to collective decisions.

This is of course utterly alien to other orkz, leading other clans to distrust and [orkizh equivalent to fear] them.
