I make no promises, if only because it's like that in all of my docs.

Maybe "Frostwald" instead? Problem there being it's not just a forest. Maybe Frostwilds?

Point is, big, open, cold region filled with Norse barbarian tribes that the players will bring together to form an army to throw out the Saracens. I mean, throw out the Orcs. Who are invading, from the east. And have names like "Malik al-Shakush".

Okay, so - stylistically, you've got a shitload of things that are randomly capitalized when they shouldn't be, and that's a major pet peeve of me, so gonna set that out there.

Secondly, are people forced to play PoW classes or not? You have rules for sorcerers and animal companions and backgrounds for characters to be magicians but there's that PoW restriction mentioned.

Thirdly, I am incredibly wary of anything that shoves its players into frozen rusty dagger shanktown with literally no gear, no money, no anything. Is that really what you intended?

I legitimately love the Trixie. The offspring of a gnome and a pixie, but they don't breed, no. They just become best friends, and after decades, centuries, of closeness, the pixie coughs out a seed. They plant the seed, they water it, and after a year or two, a trixie grows!

It's like a story you'd tell your child who asks where babies come from.
>>
>>48323264
I'm currently running Reign of Winter.

The party has just entered the Howlings, and they're proceeding with remarkable diplomacy for a curmudgeonly group of Murder-hobos.

They killed the Mirror Man, but they fucked up their stealth rolls because they didn't roll high enough to know not to rely on the Alchemist's Invisibility Extracts. The Human Warder has a date with Greta, and might wind up recruiting her to the party. The Ranger has become increasingly paranoid, and has recently shifted alignments from LG to NG due to seeing the abuses perpetrated by the Lawful Evil government.

Oh, and they fucked up on the extermination of the Winter Wolf and his human buddies before getting there - one of them had their Raven get away (I used Ravenlord Harbingers for them), and it has informed the witches of their presence, so... fun times.

Dungeon World
>>
>>48323264
Our current party is an experiment by our GM. Basically, we're all gestalt, but only one half of our gestalt is common knowledge to the rest of the group; the other half is a secret between the player and the GM.

Most of us blew the secret really early on, but our Kobold Life Oracle successfully kept his under wraps until last night, our twentieth session. We were fighting a losing battle against hordes of lizardfolk backed by ogres, when suddenly the goofy, half-senile healer busts out some Spheres shit and animates a huge pile of lizardfolk as undead. Turns out he was half Thaumaturge the whole time, and was optimising the Death sphere. Saved our asses, but the Paladin/Sorc was really pissed.
>>
>>48323093
Looks awesome, might want to specifically disallow cthulu-stars bits as well. I'd also note more explicity "Can everyone get some fighting prowess please, this is barbarian funtimes" at some point.

>>
If you bone Greta in human form, will the children be human or wulfkin?
>>
>>48323633
Human-shaped dragons breed half-dragons, so there's precedent. Wulfkin.
>>
>>48323633
Wulfkin most likely, or at least the start of a Sorcerous Bloodline (more likely a Bloodrager though). She's still genetically a winter wolf, even if she takes a human shape. It's like Ranma or whatever, animals who got shapeshifted to be wives passed on their animalistic-traits.
>>
>>48323562
It was a shitstorm, but in a good way. Nobody could believe that he had gone that long without using half his character, and he was surprised (and smug) that nobody figured it out sooner. He and the Gm exchanged many high fives that night.

It does put the paladin in an awkward position, though. He took Oath Against Undead for flavor reasons, and is sworn to kill all necromancers he sees, but the kobold has yet to do anything really evil. In fact, he has done nothing but heal the sick and aid those in need the whole game. My inner GM got the biggest shit eating grin when this all went down.
>>
>>48323321
I'll check the capitalization and such for that; I'm not sure where that happened when it shouldn't have.

As for PoW classes, the default is "Yes, they must", but the GM can over-rule that if he'd like. The Sorcerer thing is in case that comes up, or they want to take the Eldritch Heritage feats - same with the Animal Companion info.

They're given some "token" gear at the beginning of the game by the guardsmen who escort them beyond the wall, and they technically should be starting with Prisoner's Garb regardless, so they're not buck naked. In addition, one of the first things they find out in the wild is the corpse of a few Cortovan explorers; netting them some gear.

Angry Man is also meant to help deal with that, as someone with that trait can pick up a particularly sturdy stick, and use it as an improvised Greatclub or Quarterstaff that is also a Discipline Weapon for Primal Fury. Same with Runescarred, as Prestidigitation, Spark, or Mending would be a godsend.

>>48323434
Mayhaps.

>>48323555
The Cthulhu thing will actually come into play when they start treating with the Dwarves and the Drow, especially if they sue for peace and trigger the Battle Without Honor and Humanity bits (there were certain cults that were vested in the Dwarven and Drow conflict continuing without a decisive end - whoever the players side against, the cults will assist in rebuffing the assault, whereas if they manage to obtain peace between Drow and Northern Dwarf, they just go "JUST ELDER GOD MY SHIT UP SENPAI" and summon some star spawn to light fires the PCs need to put out).

Racial bits won't really be altered too much.

Maybe I'll eliminate the Fistbeards, though I'm not sure who to replace them with. The Ironfist? The Steelfist? Hmm...
>>
>>48323618
>What's that about?
Charisma-based archetype for Mystic class.
>>

This is disgusting. All this hatred for a game you haven't even played.

Is it really necessary to have eight hundred feats that are 90% trap options? Or 50 different full caster classes with very little to distinguish them? Sprawling character sheets full of rules, and having to keep track of your characters base attack and combat maneuver bonus because the system you play cannot balance itself for fuck?

Why are you still playing this garbage? D&D 5e isn't much better, it is slightly less rules-heavy but is full of shitty class features that do not add to the fiction, which comes first in ANY roleplaying game.

The combat in Pathfinder is boring because as soon as some interesting back-and-forth starts, it is on to the next players turn and all tension is lost.

In Dungeon World there is no initiative, so you can go whenever you want. This means the fight takes on a whole new texture, far more like an action movie instead of a boring ass wargame played by two fat 40-year-old fucks who spend too much of their income on overpriced miniatures.

In my last Dungeon World game my fighter wrestled a bear out a window. We are talking about real roleplaying here, not babby 3.5 shit.

Can you say the same of your sessions?

Actually, the player base matters a lot. DW players are immature, mindless, unimaginative players who think simplicity and being led around by the nose in a freeform game by an incompetent GM is good.
>>
>>48323807
I've run it, I've read the books.

It's simplistic, unimaginative, and pointless. Anyone with more creativity than a rock finds it just as unimaginative, boring, and pointless in addition to unnecessarily constraining and hopelessly mired in a useless mechanic that means nothing.

>>
>>48323906
Pathfinder players think they're hip for playing Pathfinder instead of D&D, but it's just like liking a mainstream band and pretending that makes them more hip than liking some other, slightly more mainstream band.
>>
>>48323684
I remembered it really irritating me in the human write up, though a lot of that stuff, like the domains of the two gods, could go either way (I'd err on the side of lowercase except in the case of things that directly personify the god - Selene is the Moon, but she is also a goddess of compassion, lowercase.) Also, in the post I'm replying to, prisoner's garb, greatclub, and quarterstaff, at least, should be lowercase. Again, this is entirely a pet peeve thing, and you are well within your rights to tell me to fuck right off.
>>
>>48323857
>Again, ad hominem. The player base does not matter in this discussion, only the quality o the game that is being played. So that argument is also invalid.

Bullshit. The playerbase is the single most important thing about a game. You can have fun playing a bad game, or you can have bad time playing a great game. It all depends on the people you play with.
>>

My current party is made up of a Ratfolk necromancer(me) a recently fallen antipaladin, and a samurai bird personabd We are essentially beta testing the GMs setting. Currently out bad of misfits have angered an entire country with necromatic shenanigans, sailed across an ocean using undead as a sort of engine, met a God who like to take the form of a ghostly cat, and had to kill copies of ourselves to prove our worth to said God.

So far our gm has learnt that necromancers are not to be fucked with, especially with a 60 foot tall necrocraft, never to give anyone a crit range of 10-20 ever again(our samurai can almost one-shot most enemies now), and that once someone gets their AC past 30 to ignore it and focus on saves sometimes.

The main focus is him ramping up the difficulty honestly, we can hold our own at level 10, that and throwing more magic users at us, otherwise he's a fine gm.

>Ad hominem (Latin for "to the man" or "to the person"[1]), short for argumentum ad hominem, is a logical fallacy in which an argument is rebutted by attacking the character, motive, or other attribute of the person making the argument, or persons associated with the argument, rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself.[2]

Basically, your game sucks because you're a faggot.
>>

Ad Hominem is a direct personal attack, e.g. "Your Game System of choice is bad SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE you are a fat smelly neckbeard who plays shitty games."

Kicked things off in a vaguely French-sounding city. Everyone was getting ready for a week's worth of celebrations and violent contact sports, but the lord of the land had come down with a sudden and fairly serious case of death. His blushing bride-turned widow is en route from !notItaly to claim the city, but the lord's nephew has decided that now is the time to make his play, and marched a shitload of troops into the place, ordering the city closed and asserting to all and sundry that "no, really, guys, my uncle told me to do this before he died, honest". Meanwhile, evidence seems to point to aforementioned bride having ordered her hubby whacked, but there hasn't been very much investigating, due to the officer in charge of the investigation accidentally brutally cutting off his own head while combing his hair.

And now our happy little band is stuck in a district that has been sealed off from the rest of the city by the occupying forces. Unrest is rapidly rising, we have no idea what is going on in the rest of the city, and while it's rumored that the assassin who killed the lord is somewhere in the district, there haven't been any patrols or any kind of interaction with the city guards or the occupying soldiers. Also, we might have cultists.

So pretty normal stuff.

The whole games been filled with these moments, partly because the gm is giving us "hero feats" (see: home brew feats he's testing) and partly because we keep going into left field with how we work problems out.

Recently there was the time, with the clones and the God, in which the 60ft necrocraft, following my orders to disable the clones, picked up the antipaladins clone(which weighed close to 400 pounds armor and all) and, which was best described by the gm, proceeded to football spike the anticlone into the samurai clone, splattering them both into piles of gore.

The God had to take a brief moment, the table/Gm had to take 5 to collect ourselves.

Hey there, Zootopia Anon here. Yesterday's game went well, but I didn't get the chance to write it up afterwards, so here's Storytime of Session Two:

>We start off with the team having just hit level 2, fixed their gear and rested for the night in the barracks. Goemon and Fujiko in jail while Lupin and Jigen were driven away.
>The Rhino Barbarian wakes up in the middle of the night with a bad feeling, and goes to check on the prisoner.
-Seriously, the 8-year-old kid was the one who thought to check on them.
>MFW no prisoners in the cell
>Team assembles STAT, quick search reveals a KO'd guard, missing his key ring. They determine that a leg got taken off the wooden chain in the cell, and was used to strike him through the bars. That lump is gonna SUCK in the morning
>Four other cells were opened, containing a total of six suspected Mafia operatives
-For those of you keeping score, this is where the Mafia Team would have made its start if they'd all picked that side.
>Officers Hops and Wilde are turned away from Mr. Big's residence, whatever favor they once had is obviously used up. Team sets out to track down the escapees with other officers are dispatched to try to get a lid on a crime spree carving a path from City Center to Seaside District.
>Group splits up into three cells. Dog Vitalist and Ibis Wizard take center cell to keep coms open. Panda Monk and Tiger Paladin take the regular sized streets to the west, Rhino Barb and Elephant Aegis take the larger-sized mammals to the East. They stay within a couple hundred feet of each other, but that's still a few blocks.
>Center team and the girls (monk and paladin) get abushed! Wiz and Vitalist are pinned down by a pair of snipers they can't quite isolate, other team is jumped by four Timber Wolf thugs in broad daylight

What would be a good special ability to put on a Greataxe being used by a villainous Orc leading other Orcs to invade/colonize a frozen northland? I'm thinking of making it a +1 Cruel Greataxe, but I know most AP weapons have a neat affect added to them.

I'd like it to be on par with the other major magic items found in the game - one's a magical Warg Pelt that grants constant endure elements vs. cold, a +1 resistance bonus to saves, and grants the Scent ability if you wear its hood as a head item (the hood being the skull and fur of the Warg). The other is +1 Glorious (Glory Born, basically, with an added bonus to charisma saves because you're showing off how SWOLE you are) Hide armor that gives +10 enhancement to movement speed, and lets you shapeshift into a White Hart for 2 hours a day. The party will be around level 5 or 6 at the time they fight the guy using it.

Is this the ultimate method of determining a creature's alignment?

http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/c-d/truecolor-dye
>Price 50 gp

>Truecolor dye produces vibrant colors, yet the actual color that registers varies according to the personality and temperment of the viewer—the viewer’s good, neutral, or evil alignment component determines the color he sees. Good viewers see a pleasing gold, while evil viewers see a rich blood red. A neutral viewer sees the dye as its actual color, a dull orange.

It has no minimum HD, and it goes directly through a Ring of Mind Shielding and Undetectable Alignment.
>>
>>48326635

>Civilians in both areas panic and run towards the Large Streets, meaning the big guys are suddenly occupied with not crushing these guys and trying to make sure they don't get stampeded.
-I will note that I did not plan on them splitting up, the snipers were originally supposed to support the wolves, but the stampede problem just worked out too well.
>Wolves get to meet FLURRY OF BLOWS when they try to jump a hand-to-hand grand master. Paladin backs off a pace and gets to support fires, she heard the snipers firing at allies but doesn't know who's in trouble.
>Center team isolates one of the snipers close enough to drop a Sleep on him, they get close through the fires of the second sniper to cuff up a chameleon. Vitalist takes the chance to send word out to the rest of the team to coordinate what's happening. Wizard starts generally returning fire with his blaster (crossbow), and pops off a Magic Missile any time he gets a clear enough look to lock onto his opponent. Not close enough for Color Spray, only had one Sleep.
>Pack Tactics take down the monk before the paladin can lay the last one low, suit autoinjector (directed by the Vitalist) stabilizes her until the paladin can administer LoH
>Big Guys get their situation cleared up and come stampeding towards the remaining foe, more or less ignoring incoming bullets. Last sniper falls silent, he escaped. Something about five tons of angry officer barreling down on him.
>Team gets the situation stabilized, ties up the criminals until ZPD forces can secure them. By this time, the stampede has cooled, but a few people are hurt since the Big Guys left before the situation fully stabilized.

(to be concluded)
>>
>>48326936
With some effort, you can theoretically make it like a colour blind test so that only viewers of a particular alignment can see a secret code written with the ink.
>>
>>48326821
Or you could put an Ice devil imprisoned inside the axe, with wielder being able to summon it at his command once a day for one minute/number of intelligent creatures slayed
Axe would be apparently just a +2 with frost burst, or how was it called
>>
>>48326936
Only if you have some method of reading their mind or otherwise coercing them to truthfully tell you what color they see, in which case why bother with the dye at all?
>>
>>48326952

>Team gets called back to the office by Chief Bogo, the after-action on this was interesting. No censure due to taking care of a freaking sniper, but the IC discussion about actions and consequences was an eye-opener
-No joke, those four kids and two adults had a 20-minute discussion almost-fully in character about choices that might not have a black and white answer, weighing risks, and the law of unintended consequences. I was proud.
>It is currently lunch in-game and dinner out-of-game, after a brief bit to eat (and for the panda to get patched up more fully plus incidental bullet wounds to the big guys and Ibis), they decide to press on. Ibis makes sure to tell the jailer that these guys are crafty.
>They head to Tundra Town to try to get a handle on Mr. Big's forces, game ends as they hole up for a stakeout.

That's where it ended for the night.
>>
>>48326881
Oho, that one's NICE, at least in principle. Plus, not so overpowered for the Player Characters, though it could come with some neat RP points if they can leverage it (cutting themselves on their own axe and deliberately failing the save to prove their resolve to other barbarian tribes.).

Targets wounded by the axe must make a fort-save equal to the damage dealt, or suffer from a malignant curse. Until the wounds are healed and the curse is broken by Remove Curse or similar, they cannot benefit from the Endure Elements spell, or similar effects.

Also ties in with the fact that the Orc in question is a Harbinger (or a Warder, haven't decided) who makes heavy use of the Cursed Razor discipline.
>>
>>48327051
And it's especially a big fucking deal in the frozen north where not having Endure Elements can be a death sentence. The guy doesn't even have to kill his victims himself, the weather does it for him. Then any survivors live to spread the tale of the savagery and etc.
>>
I like giving the players items with unique abilities. Most players prefer their +1/+2 to more fun stuff. I most base the abilities off of existing creatures, like a bone devil axe making you grow bone protrusions, or a imp dagger with a flexible sting attack.
>>
>>48327001

DC 25 Knowledge (geography or nature) checks are not particularly easy to make, and even if they can make the check, they will still have to Bluff an answer if they wish to mislead.

I would sooner trust the results of a "What color is this [hair/piece of cloth]?" test than an even more fallible and subvertible divination.
>>
>>48327076
Yeah. Even when you're treated as if you're wearing a Cold Weather Outfit when you're ass naked (as the natives are, it's part of the magic of the northern bloodline), having to make a save every hour or 10 minutes against 1d6 non-lethal cold damage is nasty.
>>
>>48326936
That relies on people both telling the truth at all times, as well as not being aware of the secret of the dye. Nice dubs Jolly

The playtest seems to be slowing down a lot. I'm sure there's a lot of stuff still left that needs tweaking or changing, but changes have slowed down a lot. The only thing offhand that needs more work is Noble Soul, who gets really shafted in the talent department for what you're getting, especially when the archetype is locked into LG. I'm disappointed that Violent Child also looks like it got totally gutted since I last looked at things, but that's not unreasonable considering the iterations I saw before. I vaguely recall one guy wanting you to give the Magical Child a 6th level version of Arcanist casting, which would have actually been really cool, but it'd also probably be over complicated.

I still want a social talent to unlock Tattoo Chamber to all specializations, as well as turn familiars into Tattoo Familiar. A Vigilante Talent that combines Great Fortitude and Toughness just seems right too, but maybe I'm just projecting.

I'm just trying to figure out how you reverse blaspheme demons and stuff. Generally, you can easily conceptually deconsecrate stuff by soiling it, but what about the inverse? Would putting up flypaper strips around a shrine of Urgathoa help weaken her presence there? Would washing a blood-caked sacrificial stone and scrubbing it help reduce its power? Can you reduce the evilness of a sacrificial knife by using it to dig a carrot garden?
>>
>>48329585
I like all of those ideas, but I have to add an addendum that the carrot garden has to be used to feed an orphanage or the homeless or something.

So the other day someone brought up the idea of a Vigilante archetype that can make other people take up the mask. I'm just going to throw out a few ideas for abilities.

>Take Up the Mask
>Vigilante can select 1/2 level + Cha friendly creatures per day to become simulacra of himself for 24 hours, including sharing his dual identity. Unless they have class levels, in which case they gestalt the vigilante levels they gain with their existing class levels.
>gained at level 10, so a 20th level vigilante can make 10th level vigilantes that can make 5th level vigilantes

>More than flesh
>1/day vigilante selects [leadership score] creatures to become 1st level vigilantes (or gestalting if they have class levels) that share his dual identity, plus they gain teamwork feats. Any deaths or shit counts against his leadership score. Lasts for Cha levels.
>With leadership he doubles the number
>Gained at level 17 in place of social talent
>>
>>48331066
Higher point buy actually promotes better class variety.

With 32 you can have competent martial characters, while MAD characters don't really get any better than they would be on 15 PB, since they don't really gain anything from having a greater number of decent stats.
>>
>>48331116
Yeah, I know. I'm just mostly used to 25 PB or bust.
>>
>>48330170
DTG did, but I think it died?
>>
>>48331137
25 isn't bad, I just personally like 32 for the ability to go 14 14 14 14 14 15 before racials, so having a 10 is like dumping.

>>48331209

25 Point-Buy is good enough for almost anything, although if everyone's insisting on playing a party like Fighter/UnRogue/Kineticist/Paladin then 30-point-buy can help everyone contribute without anyone needing to dump anything lower than a 10.

It's themed after "kaidan," Japanese ghost stories.
>>
>>48331370
So are you actually recruiting? I'm definitely interested.
>>
>>48331355
>>48331337
Now that's just a low blow.
There's two groups, each of about 6-8 players depending on how many people can attend each session. They do different things individually, are in completely different parts of Golarion, and are effectively distinct and unaffecting of each other.
There was a crossover event to get the plot a kick-start on both sides instead of each team grumbling and doing long-term individual planning like some sixth-dimensional inn where everyone's in their own shady corner on their own. It ended up being a clusterfuck because not only where there 16-18 players at any one time, but each group had developed different playstyles and personalities distinct from one-another that didn't mesh well under the context of the crossover. Both groups (and the GM) have taken a hiatus for a long while, and will soon get back to gaming and settle back into their playstyles.

Resurrection spells don't come cheap, and spammable Walls of Stone are really nice to have, plus Hold Person is a 2nd level spell for clerics where it is 3rd for everyone else.

Well I'm recruiting in the sense that a game *will* happen, eventually.

What I need to know from you nerds is what kind of campaign do you actually want, since the setting has something to offer everyone, from high-stakes political intrigue where the players rule the fate of empires to light-hearted adventure with minimal threat of injury and maximum comfort.

Hell, I've even got a Not!Kingmaker area if you want to become the Kings of the Not!England set during something analogous to the Heptarchy.

>>48331569
My apologies, I must have misread what you were going for earlier with the idea.
>>
>>48331792

>>
>>48331787
Personally I like games that are challenging but not meatgrinders, with downtime for character interaction and not just 'okay a month passed, what did y'all do?'. Comfy is good but not if that's the only thing. High stakes political intrigue, I think, works best if it's eased into a game, so that the players and the DM are on the same wavelength with regards to politicking, be that having pages and pages of speeches and bribes and public gestures all planned out before a big session or I ROLL DIPLOMACY or something in between. High stakes games really require everyone to be on the same wavelength.
>>
>>48331916

Entangle + upgraded forms like Thorny Entanglement, Obscuring Mist, Burst of Radiance, Euphoric Cloud, Flaming Sphere, Gust of Wind, Gusting Sphere, Fog Cloud, Frost Fall, Ice Slick, Stone Call, Summon Swarm, Aqueous Orb, Hydraulic Torrent, Ice Spears, Plant Growth, Shifting Sand, Sleet Storm, Swarm of Fangs, Greater Thunderstomp, and Wind Wall.

And that's just up to 3rd level spells.
>>
>>48331082
I was figuring just sharing out talents rather than giving them gestalts. If anyone else has read it, I was also definitely thinking Grin from 70-Seas, with the 'body hopping'.
Specifically thinking the X Appearance abilities, though any of the demoralise stuff would be good.
Only problem is that for PCs, it's going to take a bit of work and leadership bullshit to get followers fanatical enough to catch spears for you by dressing up as the manbat.

Still, sharing out your social talents and spookiness talents by having people dress as you seems pretty reasonable to me.
>>
>>48332007
Also that's just for CC effects. They also get access to things like Resist/Protection from Energy, summon nature's ally spells, various elemental spells that let them attempt to blast, but not as well as an arcane caster could, and some defensive spells that are mainly just good situationally because of the Druids unlimited access to its spell list.
>>
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/t/touch-of-truthtelling

This is a fantastic social spell because you can visually tell whether someone passed or failed it, so you can use it on yourself or other willing creatures to prove that they're not lying.

But, does /pfg/ know any ways to fool the spell?
Things that allow you to lie while still letting the spell affect you so the temporary visual effect appears.
I know of that one vigilante talent but not much else.
>>
>>48331370
Most people are 3 PB on the NPC stat block. Heroic NPCs are 15 PB. Being 25 puts you above 99.99% of people you meet (actually might be smaller, metropolis might have 2 people build on 20 or higher point buy by standard).
>>
>>48332288
Why is finding a game so difficult? Why is roll20 so bad? I think I'm the one who has the problem because it seems like everyone here has games.

Because the majority of good players can find themselves a game in person, rather than online. Many online players come online because they are either isolated or unaccepted in their local groups.

So, we kind of have the sloppy seconds of the gaming community online. We can find games, sure, but the people in them generally have a few people you don't want to associate with.

Hey /pfg/

I threw together an Armorist archetype which pulls from Henshin Hero. Given that Armorists are a little low-key and Transformation Trinkets and Motif Baubles exist as items, I don't feel too bad about giving them a little bit.

My stats are as follows str 5, 16 dex, 17 con, 13 int, 11 wis, 18 cha. I've got 28 hp from 2 max HP rolls.

I've also got one feat to burn, previously I took extended blast. we eventually plan on going into mythic ranks, and I'm planning on picking up the mythic crafter stuff there, so I'm avoiding crafting feats currently as I don't want to have to retrain out of them.
