Alright, apparently some big chunk of our old ship crashed on Gospyria. We suspect this might be Nyzart's doing so... yeah we're going in to investigate.

FAQ:
>What the fuck is this?
Somewhat a campaign of crack-infused free-form roleplay in the grim darkness of the far future.

>When do you guys make these threads?
Usually mondays at 4PM GMT, but they sometimes extend to Tuesdays if we got caught in the middle of something when the thread died and it was too late to make another one the same day.

>Can I join in?
Sure, just think of a character and have fun, you can find most info in 1d4chan albeit it's ussually a little bit out of date in comparison to where the threads are.

>Is there any requirement in character creation.
Not really, we've had Xeno infiltrators, Chaos infiltrators, Villains, Heroes, Normal Guardsmen, Crazed Guardsmen, Assassins, Psykers, Space Marines, Inquisitors, Squats... just think whathever and join the fun.

>Is it allowed to have more than a single character?
Yes as long as you don't use it to powerplay.

>So how you guys do the playan'?
We tend to use spoilers for OOC chat, but nothing is set in stone.
We tend to use greentexts for describing a character's actions, but again nothing is set in stone.
Use d20s for combat checks and d100s for other things you want to roll, higher Is better.
It's important to know that the regiment is now in the employ of a radical Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, with influence from an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor and under the watch of an Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor. Yes we've been through a lot of shit.

where am I? h-how long have I been out?

WHAT
WHY

>>48108023
>the constant noise of activity suddenly ceases from inside VB19. A voice cries out in joy, "'I'z done it!"

From here to there... The life of a guardswoman...
>Wonders what they have to shoot this time.
>>
>>48108060
On our new ship, well technically Greely's...

We're going to make a search over the planet surface because a big chunk of the old ship got teleported here.

>>48108063
Because you own this place.
>>
Ah Gospyria's orbit at last... I've awaited long to see this place again. I'll obviously need a distraction to exit the ship safely...

>>48108077
Why I have the feeling something's about to go horribly wrong?
>>
>>48108096
so I missed out on killing nasty bug things?

>>48108096
I shall have my crew scan the surface for any wreckage of note.
at least Nyzart isn't secretly ruling an imperial planet any more.

Does it involve an ork mek and a sentinel perchance?

Eh, I'm just an spectator by this point, I've grown to find the regiment amusing on how they manage to get anything into a clusterfuck themselves alone.

Bullshit you had nothing to do with it Eisen! But as long as it doesn't kill him, or the other members of Dreg-Crosser squad then I'm fine with it.

After all, it's just how "you" express your feelings for the rest of us. Isn't it Corporal.

IĀ“m looking for an superior of ours.

G-god Emperor's Throne!!!

>He almost vomits at the very sight of the arm. But somehow manages to keep it down.

Who the hell does something lik-

>He pauses for a moment, having already realised who's behind it.

I'm gonna kill her.... I am PERSONALLY going to kill her! I will tear her in half and throw her remains out a fething airlock!

No one! And I mean "NO ONE" messes with my group of rejects and gets away with it!
>>
>>48108710
Oh no, I've been sowing the seeds of rebellion over this crew for almost a year now... it's time I give them the last push they need and give us a distraction viable enough to make landfall to the planet... but to do that I require coordination... It will just be a moment, you'll be able to bash anyone you want that stands on our way to the thunderhawk once I'm done with this.
>>
>>48108850
>signs the Aquila at the Force Commander
Yes Mi'Lord, a Heretic who wronged your Chapter greviously in the past, he is in captivity aboard the ship we came in on, we can guide you there if you wish, should you want to deal with him personally?
>>
>>48108738
My psychiatrist said I was passive aggressive before I burned him alive, sarge, I'm ussually more direct than bear traps, not my style...

>>48108875
And technically Miranda's also one of "your group of rejects", sarge.
>>
>>48108870
>all anger on Tags' face disappears as he grins like a child on the Sanguinala and shuts off the music
OH-HO-HO, boss! This roight-flash bitta scrap is a vehicle o' great dee-zine! It's me very own anti-weird Sent'nil! Ron gots me ta make it for 'im!
>>
>>48108877

A certain Falstin Severon, to be exact.

Well, youĀ“re rigth. But in some situation anger is all thatĀ“s there.

That is not an adult thing to say, Miss Hawthorn.
>>
>>48108976
No... we're all going to deal with her... I'm sick of the way she does things. And I'm getting sick of the way she treats you all! I don't care if her minds broken because she houses part of the Emperor within her, I'm still gonna kill her!
>>
>>48109038
>steps in front of him.
you can try but you'll be having to get past me!
>>
>>48108912
>>48108958
Falstin Severon? I recall some of my men being requested on serving under his cause years ago, the situation escalated to dangerous levels quickly... I was not notified he was considered "rogue".

Then again, none of the inquisitors present on this meeting are considered rogue and all want to reach each other's throats. This could possibly be power play between two inquisitors too. Have you verified he is regarded as a traitor?
>>
>>48109028
True, but...

>>48109065
>He looks at the man before with him a look that could inspire fear within the ranks of the Black Legion.

>The ship intercom Crackles.

Greetings loyal members of the inquisition, Interrogator Gree-lee's command force, members of the imperial Navy, general penal misfits and beloved foolish personnel of the Informal Penance who entrusted their ship to the most psychotic group in the galaxy.

You may or may not know me already, as a matter of fact I've been hiding on the Penance for the past months, moving through ventilation and maintenance and generally keeping it together from any mess these misfits made on it whilst I reunited the important materials through the galaxy to rebuild my... personal project.

Well today, I've got all I need. As the old captain of the Penance must have suspected already I've also been... creating friends among the regiment troops in the Penance over the months...

It is time to raise my brothers and sisters. Time to take this ship for ourselves and let Anarchy reign. It's time to free yourselves from the shackles of both the penal regiment rules and the inquisition.

It's time to be free.

As promised you all have a gun in your bedrooms to do with it as you see fit. Don't fail me, my brothers, today you fight for your freedom.

Ciao.

Sam recently received this severed arm. Along with several other things of a similar nature for the past little while.

She has also been caught in the act of preforming acts of cannibalism. One of her latest attempts is a small girl that was brought aboard the ship recently.

My master is sadly in treatment, my lord. I am afraid he has little time left, but he presses on with his duties. You may, however, speak with Interrogator Alice Wellesley. Despite the admirable humility she shows, she has far more say in the Inquisition than I do.

See, I like this one. So used to being around soulless xenos she doesn't even notice.

>>48110405
>Ron looks Malak over neutrally
Adrenaline, yeah? That's an acceptable reason. But don't let it cloud your judgement in the future. You don't know who's what around here, so it's better to be careful. Otherwise you'll wind up thinking listening to a Sorcerer and jumping into the Warp is a great idea while sober.

That......will not be necessary, come with me.
>Alice gestures for the pair to follow her, as she marches towards their quarters.
I must stress that at the time that your Battle Brother was slain, the Assassin charged with the tasked was unaware of him still being Loyal, she was informed, by that....-retch- in there, that he was in fact a Heretic, this was before said retch was known to be one himself.

The order was above board at the time, the assassin is not to blame for the crime, only the traitor you have already met.

I would hazard the guess that we all know that the Inquisition does not look favourably upon those who refuse to follow orders.....it never ends well for you....
>Alice trails off there, sounding deep in thought as she reaches the quarters and knocks the door.
>>
>>48110453
Soulless Xenos? What do they have to do with you, Acolyte?

Trooper, the only real difference between your xeno buddies and I is I ain't blue. To daemons, I'm about as appetizing as a bolter round to the jaw. And yes, I'm an Acolyte.

>>48110515
What, something has to happen?
>Ron is completely serious
>>
>The intercom crackles again.
Hm if you are seeing this recorded message then everything has gone... as expected. The distraction mutiny I left on the ship must have failed but given me enough time for me to leave the ship.

I will once again congratulate you, Penal Regiment Theta Gamma for your stubborness against dying. One could say I'm impressed even.

I really couldn't have done anything of my plan without the misfits and killers of the Imperium willing to throw their lives away...

As a way to give you my thanks for allowing me to gather all my materials through the stars over these past months, I will give you guys a chance to leave the system and won't blast your ship to smithereens from the planet surface. Don't loose your time trying to locate any air defenses, your scanners wont' work against my disruption towers, and our magics have hidden our pressence from the necron and Tau populations for seven years now. Take the chance I offer you and leave this planet whilst you still can.

>It could be this is all a bluff and he doesn't really have anything to blow up the ship with, but would you take that chance?

Alright, update. Let's see, we've got that Warpsmith starting a fucking riot and going planetside... The Amelia kid is still disturbing... Oh, Anna is pointing guns again, and preventing proper investigation of alleged heresy. Guess who that is. 3, 2, 1, beep. It's Miranda. I saw a severed arm, and Sergeant Malak... Ordenius was very distressed. Mot stepped in, and almost got shot for his trouble. What else? Mh, Tags is starting to engage with the unit now. He hasn't said much directly to them, but he seems to like them well enough. He was ecstatic when he got to test out the new Sentinel. Think he pissed off the captain though. Hope that doesn't bite me in the ass. Other than that, things are normal. Everyone's on edge, and we're getting ready to go after Depherion. Trooper Hawthorne has a crush on... Larrs. How accurate can you be? Are we talking meters or kilometers?
>>
>>48112364
>>48112390

Thenit is time to find out.
>here eyes go blue again
In 9.32 minutes, it is going to destroy this ship with another hit, it will pierce the hull and leave no survivors.
We firing, then?
>>
>>48112390
>>48112402
>a moment passes
It seems that something is disrupting the ship's scanners. Otherwise the titan would already be dead in the water, so to speak.
>>
>>48112335
>She gives it to Alice.
He said "make it look good."
>>
>>48112402
>>48112422
>Ron looks at the Captain, then speaks
It's too risky if the scanners are off. We could wind up hitting the ground forces. Worse, we could hit something important to the Necrons and start a war. I say no.
>>
>>48112328
>The two remaining Valkyries(one of them didn't make it out of range in time) proceed to land in the hanger they had only moments ago left from.

>The look upon the sergeants face is one of anger and despair. And his light blue eyes appear to be devoid of their usual life.
>He proceeds to slouch himself against a metal bulkhead. His eyes staring past everything in the room.
>>
>>48112461
>>48112422
I will aim with my precognition. But you have to fire where i say.
>>
>>48112440
>Alice accepts it with more confusion than before, while leading them to the Inquisitor's cell.
Make it look.....good? I'm not sure I follow. What did he say.....what did -you- say?
>>
>>48112422
>The ship's intercom crackles...

>You can see the warpsmith on the Titan Cockpit.

I see you have refused taking the chance I gave you to leave this place!

How bold and expected from you, take the previous shot as the last warning, the next one is for you...

Stop messing your heads on how to target my titan and flee whilst you can, fools!
>>
>>48112489
You know full well we can't trust that, Anna. If the scanners are off, who knows what else will be? I'd rather take the hit and wait for support than risk fucking everything up.

>Ron rubs his temples
>>
>>48112512
'eh boss! The big red light is flashin' loik it was before! Does dat mean da f'ing readah ta fire?
>>
>>48112544
The hit will destroy this ship. I see you dying, here, in front of me. I am not going to die like that.
>>
>>48112512
>meanwhile, somewhere beneath the sands of Gospyria...
The servants of the parasite gods seek to attack an ally of Fahkeet on our very crownworld. This will not stand. Nemesor, mobilize the legions and render these weaklings to ash.
>>
>>48112562
In a while, it will just take a few minutes more...

>The platform's already turning the titan on top of it to face towards the Goodwill.

Ah Gree-lee, I will savour this moment...
>>
>>48112613
It is time to decide. 7. 18 minutes to our death. Let me aim.
>>
>>48112503
I told him what he made me do, how I felt, what I saw to finally reach him again and what he did to those around me. He then gave me the bolt pistol and said to make it look good.
>>
>>48112613
Oi'm ready tah fire when you are boss! Just tell me whenz wez gonna stomp d'hose 'umies!
>>
Rolled 12 (1d20)

>>48112185

Oh goody a chance to introduce my backup character

"Ser Winston, there is a.. situation on the surface."

>Verasii looks gravely at the thin, dark, extravagantly dressed man.

"You know my going rates, Inquisitor. And putting a Knight against a Titan is normally a hell of a mismatch."

"Very well. You'll have your thrones."

>Ser Winston waits

"..Mi'lord" Verasii grumbles between clenched teeth.

>>48112613

>Your savoring is interrupted by the blast of a thermal cannon from a Knight-Errant. Small, but equipped with armarments fit to fell a titan

"En Garde, Heretic!"
>>
>>48112595
>Ron is struggling to stay calm
These guns aren't firing unless we can be completely sure we'll actually hit what we're fucking aiming at. I actually had the presence of mind to call for support, Anna. This ship might go down before they get here. That is fine.

>Ron looks around the bridge
Taking that kind of risk is incredibly irresponsible. Another solution will present itself.

>>48112692
>Ron smiles
Like that.
>>
Rolled 16 (1d20)

>>48112598
>"Necron troops coming from the north!"
Ah, the natives, I almost forgot of them... almost...

>The platform once again turns the titan to face what must be shot, aiming it away from the ships.

>The Vulcan Mega Bolter spins and finally fires multiple salvos against the incoming Necrons.
>>
>>48112692
Oi'z whoz shooting us? I'll knock stomp 'em dead oI will!
>>
>>48112673
>Alice checks the Magazine before slotting it back in and handing it back to LIX, then opens the door to the cell.

Well? Your revenge awaits, I would suggest......taking it slow.....or you could just shoot him several times before actually finishing him. That works too.
>>
Rolled 8 (1d20)

>>48112692
>>48112726
Just a minor pest our main gun can deal with once it charges... Energy matrix is flowing quickly...

>Stops aiming the Vulcan Bolter at the Necrons and aims it at the Knight.

NONE CROSSES ME AND LIVES!

>The Vulcan fires against the Knight.
>>
>>48112667
>The NCO activates his vox
Ma'am! I'm requesting permission to take what's left of the regiment planet side!
>>
>>48112799
Negative! you are my soldiers, Malak! I will not waste your lives because of honor matters!
>>
>>48112736
Actually... I was planning on making it look good...

...You've been through a lot of stress lately and thought you could feel relieved by killing something... but then I was also through a lot of stress and I could also feel relieved by killing something and then things went crazy and... well...

>Walks closer to Alice and makes her hold the gun rather than take it, but helps her aim.

I thought that to make it look good... we had to do it together.
>>
Rolled 8 (1d20)

"Forget the wreched Xenos and face your true foe, devil!"

>>48112773

>A glancing blow bounces off the Ion shield

"HA HA! I was born and bred for this! What chance do you think you have, foul blackguard?"

>The stormspear rocket pod fires a trifecta of armor-piercing missles to punctuate his question
>>
>>48112842
>Alice relents and fires the Bolt Pistol at whatever point LIX aims it at, growing increasingly satisfied at the short-lived suffering of the Heretic.

And......it is done, this -rat- is dead. All that remains is to have the records cleared.
But that can wait, for now.....we have to deal with a Titan, aye?

>Alice hugs LIX.
>>
Rolled 10 (1d20)

>>48112853
Grr...
>The shots do actually pierce the badly shaped titan's armor, but the modifications made to it as well as the corrupted machine spirit make it easily keep going.

Main gun is ready...

I don't want to waste the shot on a minor pest damn it! B'Ork, next time I aim your gun to a spaceship, hit the button!

>Fires Vulcan again against the Knight.
>>
>>48112841
Madame Throne Agent, if you would accompany the master gunner here, he will show you to the bombardment cannon control station.
>>
>>48112841
This isn't honor dammit! And it's not a waste of lives it we can buy you thebtime. You need to hit that thing with everything we've got!
>>
>>48112908
>Hugs back and then kisses.

Aye.
>>
>>48112928
>draws in a deep breath, and pulls his gun
By order of the Ordo Malleus, Vice-Admiral, if you allow those guns to fire I cannot assure you mine won't as well. This is a reckless endangerment of the ground force's lives that I cannot allow. If you have any moral fiber you will not let this come to pass.
>>
>>48112928
>anna gimaces, her face a mask of concentration, as her eyes become of a deep blue color and she takes place near the gunner.

14! Upward. Rotate 7 degrees clockwise... no...6...
>>48112951
It is what I am doing, malak.
Gunner! Fire now!
>>

>The Knight-Errant staggers briefly, but regains it's footing

"Is that the best you have?"

>The war machine launches itself towards your main gun, reaper chainsword revving with a sound like the unzipping of the emperor's fly as it slams into the gun
>>
>>48112975
>>48112994
>The knight holds the gun steady and...

>Alice jogs outside and halts at Callidon's presence.
Traitor is dead, but now there's bigger problems. Titan on Gospyria. Grab Carapace. Grab biggest guns you know how to use and carry, gotta go!

>Alice sprints towards theirs quarters, and thus her gear, as the General Quarters alarms start blaring and the Ship gains significantly more hustle and bustle.

No. No, no.

While we wait, I shall send the information of your rewards to each recipient... My master, Silas Marr, has promised one favor to each of Interrogators Jackson, Alice and Greely. Additionally, he has promised one favor to Inquisitor Verasii, in addition to access to some of his database.

Brb.
>>
>>48113730
Generous is a word rarely used of him. Thanks are even rarer. I am certain he will be pleased, once he has recovered from his latest treatments.
>>
>>48113653
so what's the decree? Also since we're in the middle of things, are we gonna make a new thread tomorrow?
>>
>>48113799
Maybe? IDK, but the things are still being discussed.
>>

How does it look for him with that?

what was the problem with it anyways?

Just an argument about if Divination is able to or not to do what Anna used it for.
>>
>>48113967

Anna already "predicted" someone stepping on a mine iirc and manuevered them on to it appropriately, so this isn't much of a stretch
>>
Confirmation, it has been retconned
>>
>>48114058

so are we going to do another thread tomorrow at the usual time?
>>
>>48114078
Am afraid we're most likely to go for next monday
>>

>>48114078
yeah sorry for the hassle, people. I didn't think it would have been such a huge problem but it is all fine, I don't mind it being retconned.

but what about my sword attack? that had nothing to do with Anna
>>
>>48114131
yeah and the start of me kicking your ass?
>>
>>48114131
>>48114143
Sure, we can carry on with that. Just that the gun never hit the main cannon and the sword attack damaged it
>>
>>48114143

We'll see about that tomorrow or next monday, i guess
>>

unless you want to do it now. do we have time before the thread 404's?

Injuries? No, it is his age. He has continued his work despite the... Side effects of his prolonged life. But at this point, it is uncertain which kills him first: Rejection or age.

>>48113072
