Grow a fighty party member to a similarly gigantic size to fight it.

Get a similarly sized titanic creature (that's neutral or friendly) to fight the titanic creature.

Build a titanic weapon capable of dealing damage to the titanic creature.

Deal damage with a number of small but powerful weapons, such as explosives, all over it.

Use a small but powerful weapon on a critical weak point.

Overwhelming force of some kind.

Dig a very large hole. Have monster get leg caught in hole. The bigger they are, the harder they fall!

Also works on tanks if you ever find yourself facing an M1A1 as a party of D&D murderhobos. Use the environment against them.

Depending on the size possibly treat it more as a dungeon than a monster. However if for whatever reason that's improbable the remaining options are roughly, hit it with something really big, and possibly flammable, use traps and capture it with chain/rope, or poison the thing.

Why not just use death magic? Fireballs are dangerous because they burn people, but that won't stop a mountain-sized creature. Just spam "save or die" spells until it works.

You know that thing how ants can carry like 20 times their own bodyweight, or how a cricket can fall 500x its own height and be unharmed?

Well it works the other way too. The more material you have, the more the weight and mass of that material strains its own durability. The bigger a creature gets, the more easily it could injure itself or be injured simply by its own size and weight while moving, and the less power relative to its size that it can exert. So a 700 foot tall cricket would rip itself in half if it tried to hop, whereas you can drop a carpenter ant out of a plane and it may well survive the fall.

It's also why a real life elephant can only drop a foot or two without injury. Any more than that, and it would shatter its bones.
