Even at 4 mana, the difference between Tibalt and Nahiri is astronomical. Nahiri passes the bolt test, lets you choose what to discard, exiles stuff, and gets you a big dude. Tibalt fails at all of those things.

Seriously, it was so obvious from looking at the card that it would be great. Looting, Exiling stuff, and an ult with power and ease of activation that previously has been reserved only for 7+ mana walkers. So versatile. Just compare her to Ob and Unraveler. Those are 5 mana and would still be weaker than her even if they were only 4 mana.
