But also thats because most girls who do iit are not attention whoes but have low self esteem, and want to boolster it by having a lot of Sex. For all my years of larping, I have had one of such encounters.
It was a warhammer live, where I was part of a unit of dark elven mercenaries called "Kathys' Edges".
We managed to cross the battlefield while most units were engaged in combat. This allowed us to charge their archer formations, sending most of them running useless and outright slaughtering one of them. Our side won that day, and we felt like a huge part of that accomplishment. After the immediate battle we held a blood ritual, then joined the army for the feasts and festivities.

Here, our captain told me to sit by her side. We talked, mostly ICly, but sometimes OOCly, and played off each other really well. We barely knew each other OOCly (Friend-of-a-friend), but we found that we had a lot in common.

The third and final night of the event, we spent the night together in her tent. For the purpose of this thread, we were at least somewhat IC.

Probably, yes. Actually the way I got into my first LARP was, I was hanging out at a euro-style cafe in Los Angeles and I was talking to a woman who I had met there. She told me about a Vampire: The Masquerade larp they were doing and invited me to try it out, gave me a time and date, and I tried it. Thought it was pretty lame all in all but it was a veritable treasure trove of sexual relations. I tend to play NPCs. Mainly because I know that finding good, invested people to play NPC is rare and hard, while there is a lot of people willing to play the heros. As such, I often play a lot of different characters, usualy multiple during the same LARP. I play servants, tavern wenchs, beggars, bandits, your fair share of commoners. Sometime a nymph, or a succubus, because I wash out nicely and I'm not that afraid of nudity, and there is always something funny about seeing a group of player's eyes and mouth going full O when they see a naked lady they didn't expect.
As playing these characters, I get my fair share of socialisation, being IC with players, or OOC with other organizers. And, as I said, LARP have these weird feelings that what you do here is like detached of your "real" life, and your "real" you, so that it does't have the same social stygmas. So yes, all of that, plus the fact that, as many noted, it's almost the norm, combine to the fact I act fairly promiscuous while LARPing. Always with strangers, though, it would feel weird to get banged by friends.
It also means I did things I would most likely not outside of this very specific context. Threesomes; Lesbianism. This kind of things. Just because one thing lead to another and it felt like in the spirit of what was going on. It's weird thinking about it. I just wanted to know if I was a weirdo or if it was as common as it seemed.

I've only LARPed once. Was invited to a private event that some wealthy dude was hosting in his big ass backyard. Easily 10 acres with forestry all around. I played as a young rogue elf during it. Used a bit of Link props for the costume. Was fresh out of high school then.

At the time however I didn't know how far they went with the realism. They actually brought in booze, so I winded up getting buzzed when I walked in and ordered ale from the tavern. "Blew" it and her up, skeleton-men dropped, praise was given to the tinker and I. He gets placed as new mayor, and I stole from the town hall's treasury in the middle of the night for a good satchel of gold. Paid a stop to the herbalist's former home and looted some treasure she actually hid really well (partially buried and slapped some rocks and plants upon outside of the cabin). Got some runes(painted stones), a book on necromancy (still had the price sticker on it), and an ancient staff (withered wooden stick.) Skipped town by running into the forest after.

We all got together the day after and rented out some family diner for a celebrity feast for such a good campaign. Must've be hilarious for the family considering we were in gear.
