Because Verend sounds like it uses its superior manpower to win wars, I'll focus on destroying their morale by raiding Verend and slaughtering as many people as possible. Because this universe never had a Vlad the Impaler (I assume) I'll just emulate him and use murder to solve all of my problems. And once I make working firearms with Lewis, Eclan's armies will win the war.

The way I'm reading the rules, a prerequisite course must be completed in the previous year. They don't have anything broken into semesters so assume any points you put towards a class are done over the course of the entire year.

That means that the earliest I can get into Athletics is year 3. Doing it in both year 3 and year 4 should be enough to earn a 5th year, especially since at 8 points it's equivalent to an entire un-modified year in cost for my race

Oddly enough, Chaos Magic does NOT require BTM as a prereq, which is why I can put time into it on my first year.

Anyway, you can't really master the self without immortality, so that's where the two course paths come together. The extra TK and Elementalism classes just give me something to actually do with magic since I don't feel like bargaining with demons.

Firstly, you're wrong: even if the condition never goes away, that doesn't mean the prison alternative is for life, and we can see it isn't from the girl who says she'd have only got a slap on the wrist if she hadn't chosen the program. She also says she was accepted into the program, meaning it's something she applied for, not something that happened to her without her consent, so criminals don't get assigned to people without choosing that, making you wrong about that too. The girls also might have selected you as someone they'd accept being assigned to before you get to see their profiles, meaning they're not even choosing to be assigned to random people.

Then you're going to want to study some cyberpunk. Shadowrun might be most beneficial, since 7 is all about an evil megacorp in magitek-punk cities contrasting becoming in tune with nature and natural environments. Lots of genetic abominations too.

6 is more your typical magical world, with advanced magitek in the bigger countries. Just think about mystical environments and spirits, along with steampunk style tech, only powered by magic rather than steam.

1 is just the later half of that, with the magitek toned down extremely far. Much more traditional fantastic medieval setting, with a flying ship or the like here and there.

We don't have anything else to go on here. As for the ones I know I can't stand being around, the CYOA is pretty clear on the reasons why. Victor is fucking his sister. I'm not marrying that, I don't care if I can talk my sister into the same or what, I just plain am not that kind of person. Maximillion will strip you of your rights. Some people can tolerate that, I can't, particularly when my build is partially offensive otherwise. Then Zang is an idiot. Call me petty, but I couldn't stand being married to a moron So there goes the three most powerful militarily out the door. As far as power, there's also Nathan for individual power, but he doesn't even care about or like you. Some might take that a license to sleep around, but again that just isn't the kind of person I am.

I feel like you're not giving the three "tolerable" choices enough credit. Peony is in charge of a major trading hub, which means major economic benefits for your army, plus excellent logistics. Robert's army isn't skilled, but he's rich enough compared to the others that your sister feels the need to comment on it. Oliver's from a kingdom that made a gown that boosts ALL your statistics, and has a favorite enchantment that makes anyone who wears it able to function in coordination with the others wearing it. It's used for dancing, but imagine putting it to military use. All pretty useful things for a war effort.

Peony can offer you a little money and goods. It doesn't seem like Eclan is starving, so this isn't going to win the war. Robert has troops and money, but again, the troops don't sound like they're enough to matter and the money isn't helping the core problem. As for Oliver, I dislike him the most of the 'tolerable' guys, and the issue isn't about how much enchantments we can stack onto our elite troops, but how we can deal with the Russian-style body meatgrinder, which clearly elite troops aren't helping judging by Eclan and Greve.

I don't think that anon is incorrect. The criteria for a princess should be rather high, especially one that gets revived into a country at war. To an extent, the pride of the country is at stake. Yes, your sister is telling you to not worry too much by giving you plenty of options, but she really can't protect you from the judgment of your people, nor should you shirk that duty.

Being a princess or anyone in a significant social position really means that you will be judged with a special lens that applies to pretty much no one else.
