I would guess it's some kind of fungal monster or maybe a wolf zombie. It's somewhat hard to tell, seeing as you're only showing us THE BOTTOM OF THE FIGURINE.

I second Anon and say they look like Ral Partha minis, I'm not sure what they are worth but I actually came across some Ral Partha minis just recently and the guy wanted $5 per figure. So $20 for the lot seems pretty good.
