A friend of mine used the Pokeathlon stats to create a World of Darkness Pokemon hack, I bet you could use those as a base and make a World of Darkness hack. Otherwise I'd say Pokemon Tabletop United but only if you want to be chained to spreadsheets for the entire campaign.
