In 5e, what are some hazardous things that could be involved

In particular I'm having trouble thinking of something that could be dangerous to students of divination. Perhaps a look into another plane?

Madness. Accidentally being able to shut out seeing the future at random. Not even you or your party's future. Just some days you wake up into the future of a farmer on another material plane and just have to wait it out until you can remember who you really are and snap back to your body.

Divination:

You keep seeing visions of your own death, coming about by some unfolding of events according to what you're currently doing. So vivid that it's basically like you're atually dying.

Eating? You experience yourself choking to death, or dying in agony from poison.

Going to bed? You experience burning up as your house catches fire from a candle carelessly left burning, or dying at the hands of assassins sneaking into your room and employing all manner of violent methods.

Going for a walk? You experience tripping and cracking your head open on a rock, or getting trampled by a runaway horse, or getting lost in the woods and dying of exposure or starvation.

Weather's getting a bit stormy? Struck by lightning, caught in a flash flood, etc.

Abjuration - Accidentally stop yourself from being able to feel anything ever again

You learn the origins of yourself and get a vision of your parents doing it. Your mom liked it from behind

Abjuration: not a whole lot here. Abjuration is pretty safe, being the school that takes protection under its tenets. Maybe failing to banish a summoned threat.
Conjuration: summoning the wrong thing, such as producing acid that falls directly onto your feet or a cloud of chlorine gas. Summoning a creature, but failing the proper spell so it's hostile.
Divination: seeing something you really, really weren't meant to. Learning way too much about a person. Perhaps seeing afterimages and beforeimages, disorienting.
Enchantment: getting enchanted yourself, obviously. Or accidentally ensnaring someone else.
Evocation: explosions are too obvious. How about accidentally evoking a lightning bolt that actually obeys the property of electricity, and immediately grounds in the nearest standing object? Or just plain setting yourself on fire.
Illusion: trying to sit in an illusory chair. Or walk on an illusory bridge. Or any number of "attempting to interact with something that is decidedly not real" twists.
Necromancy: the skeletons are out of control!
Transmutation: simply, dangers can't happen with learning transmutation because you have to be really good at transmutation to accomplish anything at all with it. Minor alchemy is temporary and reverts harmlessly.
