no, they sell it separately for $30. it's a very detailed model, with special rules included in box for the weapons. It doesn't have anything to do with the new supplement, they just sold them together as well.

I'm personally fine with it, in all ways. Like the model, don't care if it's overpriced because I can afford $30, and it's not a problem on the tabletop at all because 18" S5 ID who gives a shit. And it's not like BC/WC get close to half a thousand free points anyway.

For the old plastic limited editions they ended up packing them in new products.

For actual limited stuff they say won't ever come back, like maybe the webstore captains and this guy, they might use cheaper aluminum molds which will deteriorate faster but are cheaper than proper steel injection.

Except Citadel moulds have no moving parts and have all been made for over a decade on a C&C machine rev calibrated and tooled for steel removal only precisely BECAUSE steel is cheaper than aluminum and steel moulds last forever. Your theory is pure GWIDF asspull.
