My Half-Giant Barbarian has a massive ass family, and a wife he loves immensely, all of them are NPCs that RP with the party during downtime. They all live in a giant fuck off longhouse which doubles as the party base. There was kind of an unspoken agreement that the longhouse is sacred, and the DM isn't the kind of guy that will uproot everything we love to make cheap drama. It's a little weird, but after you get a feel for the actual NPC and get attached to them, thinking of them as an actual character as opposed to a quest giving or information giving robot, you can get into it fairly easily. Lot of stories have arisen from it though.

tl;dr: NPC families a best, try to get your DM to not be a dick.

The character is overly cautious but good. Honestly leveled his shit after facing enemies above their league, and preparing for bullshit. Even I did not realize that he could cause a TPK until much later in the campaign. DM did this by abusing diferent enemy types at higher levels when it was not lore justified IMO, so he basically forced me into overoptimization because I didn't wanted to die.

This is pretty much one of my characters already, minus the last part. Going to need to find a husbando for that, and strictly for his use only, headcanon probably, and according to the DM, that's probably going to be Count fucking Strahd.

I swear, I almost feel like he's psychic when it comes to my magical realms. We just stated a prequel campaign to the other one using CoS, and I made a grizzled Falchovian merc to play something a little less fetishy, and just today in our second session he already inserted another of my realms.
We fought a couple of dire wolves, and I manage to knock one out without killing it, and he lets me roll to keep it as a pet. I get a really good result, and he lets me keep her as an animal companion. If that was it, I'd be well and good, but he reintroduces a character mentioned from the other campaign, a wizard who can bestow animals with humanlike sapience, and he outright implies to me that the wizard is able to turn her into a sort of wolfwere, with the eventual addition of a full human form as well.

It's like he can read me like a book; first, he lets me play as my amazon clanker cleric, and gives her a lot of plot relevance, but then with no prodding and out of the blue he offers to give me amazon awoofu as well.

Because I've only seen like one or two good examples of Redeemed Succubuses in my history of tabletop.

They're not something you should even think of as potential waifu material.

Hate to say it Erma, but the Changeling in Golarion is not a shapeshifter, they're a race of extremely beautiful, black-haired women with heterochromatic eyes.

They make excellent waifus because they're beautiful, resourceful, have instant drama due to Mom (they're children of hags) and tend to enjoy living "normal" lives.

Sometimes they get even more slack than that, there's a story about a Huldra that's treated like shit for years by her husband, and rather than leaving him she simply reminds him how powerful she is by bending a red-hot horseshoe with her bare hands, and warning him that she could do the same to him any time she feels like it.
