The resulting scene can only be described as a military crackdown, arties being brutally dismantled by force in the streets and in homes, those with a better mind for self preservation flee the city and into the wilderness, but some manage to stay in an illegal underground that is consistantly hounded by police.

By 2029, walls are erected outside of every major city and pathways in and out are heavily guarded to prevent any artificials from coming in.

Out in the countryside, however, the Arties seem to thrive in a new way of life.

You are Olamar Schmidt, an on-duty patrolman whom joined the force in 2030, following the wave of violent riots that ousted the arties and returned the Republic of Scandinavia back to it's human labor force. In the coastal city of Gavle, you have a rotational patrol of the city's north districts and the north wall's gateway, thus far your patrols have been entirely peaceful, with only one or two parts busts under your belt.

You live alone in a two-story apartment building and mostly keep to yourself, your shows and internet history being your own darn business.

Your quiet patrols however, will take a turn for the interesting as you and four other units are called to answer a disturbance three miles north of city limits.

Upon the road to Sundsvall, your response unit comes across the site of disturbance, the emergency call described a serious car wreck with possible artificial involvement, but the scene seemed far more serious than that.

Parking in the vicinity and exiting to examine, you and 7 other police agents find the reported civilian vehicle had it's cabin crush from above, with casualties inside. The wheels were stolen and the engine pilfered, and several strewings of organs were thrown about or decorated trees nearby. The scene was quite grizzly indeed.

Your fellow patrolman, a blond-haired slim-built fellow with a military buzz-cut comments on the scene with puzzlement, wondering aloud "Why would they do this to people?..."

You notice in the nearby underbrush, some bright colours rustling in a vain attempt at hiding.

Do you investigate, and if so; how?
