Killing the Xenos is the only rightfull thing to do.
But before we look at the stars and think about what we want to accomplish there, let's look back at our home planet. Especially our nearest relatives: chimpanzees.
Chimpanzees can be split into two groups, the common Chimpanzee and the Bonobo.
How do each of the two groups behave when in contact with a member of a different clan?
The Bonobo, who lives in an area with more than enough food for everyone usually goes for sex, they bang the member of thr other clan and then trot off to report the encounter to the others so that they may keep their distance from the other clan and avoid any conflict.
This strategy increases genetic diversity inside groups, and works as a means to avoid war between clans.
Chimpanzees however live in an area with far less food, they patroll their territory and if they see a member of a different clan they will kill it to ensure that their own clan has the food it needs to survive. The other clan can then either send out warriors themselves to find out what happened to their missing member, or assume them dead and note that there is a strong hostile clan nearby. This method allows survival of the fittest clan only and leads to the betterment of the chimpanzee species, and leads to stronger and more intelligent offspring. If a clan was to always run away from combat it will eventually be pushed into an area with little to no food at all and starve there.

Looking back up at the stars we see that the room between them is vast and empty. We simply don't have the resources to move on to the next system if we see another species approach ours. We must fight them, kill them and assert our dominance over the resources we need. We must be the more domimant clan, and we must ensure that we survive, and that we are not pushed to resource-less zones.

He thanked the Hunter for blessing him with his patronage as he shouldered his lasrifle and looked for a target. A watering hole meant animals would come to drink, and where there were animals, there was food.

His rations would eventually run out, and Rudi was desperate to supplement them with fresh game. It was not like he would starve soon, but mud would probably taste better than the munitorum sludge they called food.

"I am the Eldest Hunter's own"

He saw something glitter brilliantly in bushes on the other side of the hole. A bauble reflecting the sun's light, ruining his vision. He slowly crawled behind the bushes and tried to get closer to it. He supposed as the last remaining human on this planet, any treasure belonged to him. He froze as he got a clear sight of the glittering bauble. Lying before him, clearly injured was one of those alien creatures that they had been battling for the last 3 months. Eldar, they were called, and were sneakier than any prey Rudi had hunted. He grabbed his laspistol and prepared to shoot it in the head. He turned it over.

Her nose was too straight, her skin too perfect, her lips too crimson, but they added to the effect the creature had upon poor Rudi. He was smitten by her.

The one thing Rudi had learned during his boot camp was dressing wounds and cleaning them. The wound in her side would heal in a few days when cleaned. The medical supplies he had scavenged from the firebase would last him a lifetime, and he had enough alcohol to drown a platoon.

All thoughts of his meal forgotten, Rudi slung the bleeding eldar over his shoulder and took her back to his camp. After she was safely there, he returned to the water hole to retrieve his sniper rifle and got lucky with stumbling across a young wildkin. Sadly for the poor beast, it wasn't as beautiful as what Rudi had found a couple of hours ago, and carrying a body was hungry work.

As the sun began to set on this distant alien world, Rudi returned to his base camp with a freshly killed wildkin, his rifle and a sword that was as too pretty to fight with.

Good HFY is just giving Humans a Hat that's not boring. I don't know when HFY became solely about space wars only but the best threads were Humans are X which gave humanity its own quirks due to biological and cultural differences often overlooked in Space Opera (they just thoughtlessly give the aliens those things too). It was kind of ambiguous before some other anons tried fleshing it out. Before then it was tossed around that they could be all female so that they'd always be biologically dependent on humans to reproduce. Later on it was both sexes though. It doesn't seem their servitude instincts are 100% sexual, they might all be straight or mostly straight so that they only try to fuck humans of the opposite sex.

So had this dream:

After hearing the news the Hotline Miami 2 level editor's now out, and also after browsing this thread after night and went to sleep.

Had this goddamn dream where some Guardsman decided to defect to the milksop Space Elves, cause he felt sorry for this eldar babe. Basically its Love Can Bloom all over again, in which the eldar woman the defecting guardsman fell in love with; and said defecting guardsman, have to fight through imperial soldiers and a few space marines in a totally Hotline Miami style level. With "Hotline Miami Theme" by Benny Smiles playing in the background.

So I'll spare the details and say the two new found lovers made to safety and that was at that point the rest felt like a blur.

I know sounds dumb, and I'am just hoping the way I replied with an MP3 file is correct.
