Well, buying a box of OGW is a decent investment right now. You're essentially guaranteed an expedition, which'll sell for 50+ dollars. No viable source of enchantment recursion so if you mill one of your combo pieces away you're fucked, not to mention that your plan involves putting the instant you want to play into your graveyard so it's pretty risky.

And you wouldn't even be able to do both, as you'd need a t1 Bolt, t2 Pyromancer's, t3 Harness the Storm and then at least three Bolts in hand because you need the quest counters first.

It'd go Bolt1 on T1. Bolt2 on T4 making one quest counter, Bolt3 on T4 two quest counters and you get the Harness trigger, meaning you could pay R for two more Bolts. If you didn't draw the last Bolt you could pay the copy trigger off Bolt2 giving you an extra bolt.

So 6 Bolts by turn four in magical Christmas land. 9 in a nearly perfect world. More if you can use something like three Gitaxian Probes to get counters early.

For a while Magic was about going to new planes to meet new people who would solve new problems, now it's just following these guys to new planes to watch them solve all of the problems for everyone there again. Negative and positive freedom. There's a difference between "The rules allow for X" and "It is actually possible to do X". It's technically possible for a human being to be in another galaxy, but we don't have the technology for it yet. Sure, the rules don't say specifically that you CAN'T modify it, but it's not ACTUALLY possible to do it. You're also able to look up a creature spell's type right now, but to my knowledge, it's not possible to change the creature type of a spell.
